We had an amazing week at the house. It was more than I expected and came with everything you need to go to the beach. It was as stress free vacation. Being pet friendly was a must and it worked perfectly. The house was clean and ready at check in time. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful

We absolutely loved our stay. The home has everything you need. The home was clean and decorated nicely. The neighborhood is adorable. The golf cart and bikes made it simple to get to the beach. House was amazing, clean, spacious, had everything you need! The owner really thought out everything when stocking the home which helped us not have to pack as much stuff! Great location to all of the activities and the golf cart was a huge plus!

BEST PLACE WITH KIDS

Our recent stay at a rental home in Windmark Beach was absolutely amazing! The home was incredibly spacious, making it perfect for our family, and it truly had everything we needed and more. One of the biggest highlights was not having to pack any beach gear—it was all provided, which made traveling with young kids so much easier. The only thing you might consider bringing is a larger beach tent if you prefer extra shade, but otherwise, they’ve thought of everything.You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the home and the items they provide. Everything felt intentional and well-prepared, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The owner was also very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated.Our young children especially loved the golf cart—it made getting around fun and convenient and added an extra level of enjoyment to our trip.We’ve stayed in the Windmark Beach community four times now, and this is by far the best home we’ve rented. We highly recommend renting this home and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying our time to have fun in the sun. The location was good for us. It was close to beautiful beaches and great food and was less crowded than what we normally experience.

Wonderful relaxing and well stocked home!

Home was beautiful and clean! The house was spacious and in a beautiful community! The home was well stocked with beach supplies and the golf cart was a plus! Beds and pillows very comfortable and also pet friendly ! Had big TVs in each room! Great place to stay!

Awesome rental!!!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay! We enjoyed this rental so much and would definitely come back. Favorite part was the beach gear, we did not have to bring anything ourselves, everything was provided. Owners were great to work with and responded to every need we may have encountered!

We had a fabulous trip. This was such a hidden gem! It was not overly crowded and had tons of things to do. To top it off, Jenny was so wonderful to work with! We will definitely be back next year.

Charming beach stay

This house was the perfect get away from hustle and bustle. It’s a charming neighborhood with the cutest town center nearby. Check out the pizza shop! The house had everything we needed and more. It was convenient to load up the golf cart and take a short ride to the beach or even ride a bike. The beach wasn’t crowded and the water was calm. The owners really thought through anything that might be needed during a vacation!

Fabulous and VERY Clean

WISH we could have stayed longer!! Lovely home, very clean, great communication from host, great pool for everyone, the cutest little shopping/eating village, golfcart a definite "plus" to transport everyone to the pool or beach, a small stretch of the beach for sunbathing, and plenty of walking paths. We will definitely return!!

Lovely subdivision

We were escaping Michigan winter for 3 weeks, and we were not disappointed. Home is exactly as pictured. Golf cart was fun, beach is beautiful, and my dog had a blast. Restaurants were awesome esp White Marlin. Primary bed is Very firm, so that may take some adjusting if you are not used to that.

Pleasant Stay

Property was clean and well equipped for everything you might need. They really thought of everything! I could have packed so much less. The walk through the community to the beach access was not bad, but the golf cart and bikes make the trip much easier for carrying supplies to the beach. We also enjoyed the well-landscaped boardwalk/beach access area of the Windmark community. Would stay again!

Florida stay

Nice sized house -rooms enough for our 2 children and my mother-first pic on add gives impression of being beachfront which was a letdown but if I had read through complete add I would have seen that -add is put together to give that impression tho-it is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach with a semi private backyard -well satisfied and communication with host was 5 stars !

We were lied to, the property is not beachfront!, it is a very nice place if you want to stay in a subdivision, we signed up for beachfront property and owner was asked and he said we don’t do the listings.

A real gem

This house was perfect in every way! It was very clean and is super well furnished. Beds and couches were comfortable. I have never stayed in a more well stocked rental- every single thing we needed in the kitchen, games, puzzles, first aid kit, beach towels, cozy throw blankets! The golf cart was such a perk. The community is clean and quiet. The beach is SO uncrowded and SO beautiful and easy to access from multiple places. It was awesome to be able to take the golf cart down to get pizza and ice cream and there are also golf cart paths for fun drives. The pool had a pump issue and was closed while we were there so we had to use the one at the next community over which was very crowded and that’s a huge bummer but not anyone’s fault. I would definitely recommend!

Great house with many extras included

Two adults stayed at this property for a 10-day girl’s getaway. It is a lovely home, beautifully furnished and decorated. With the 4 bedrooms it would have comfortably accommodated a much larger group. The owners have included many extras such as beach items/towels, outdoor chairs, cooler, great bicycles and a fun golf cart! The kitchen included a slow cooker and air fryer. This home is located in a development with dedicated walking, biking and golf cart trails. There is a nice retail area very close by - walking distance for sure. Everything about this vacation property was as nice as described and as the photos showed. Since renters have such individual needs, there was one thing we were uncomfortable with - the living room furniture was difficult for older ladies to use. Sofa, loveseat and chair sat low and not so comfy for us. But maybe not a problem for most others. We had a problem finding more than two kitchen towels and no dish cloths. Maybe we missed where they are stored. We ended up having to use hand towels and the make-up washcloth from one of the bedrooms & bathroom. Also missing measuring spoons and cups from the sets. I’m sure these go missing frequently in a rental and we made do. The neighbors were friendly and one even helped us with the golf cart the first time. Most families will find this property to be an excellent choice. We definitely enjoyed the quieter area of Port St Joe. We thank the property owners for sharing their lovely home.
