This is a nice property close to the beach. Lots of sleeping options and comfortable beds. The bathrooms could use more towels and the kitchen could use more pot and pan options. Overall this is a nice house that is close to the beach!

All shower controls backwards. If we had been told, it would have saved us cold showers. Need more kitchen towels, dish brush, etc. Dryer only works on timed dry, eco-friendly off. We only discovered this by trial and error. Bedrooms have no dressers and only one high shelf. We had to keep clothes in suitcases. Add hooks in bathrooms. One towel bar is not enough. Correct these minor problems and our stay would have been perfect.

Had the family down for graduation. The place was wonderful and exactly what was said it would be. Would just recommend a few more curtains for the light. The neighbors across the street were not the best. They continued to park their car in a spot that said no parking and left the car there for hours at time making entry and exit harder than normal

Overall this property was great! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The location can’t be beat… we kept saying how convenient it was to get to the beach and back. You’re within walking distance to John’s Pass, which was a huge plus! Other pros: plenty of parking spaces, great AC, multiple balconies, huge living room w/ large table.One of the shower heads broke during our stay, but I was able to conveniently message the property manager through the online portal. If you have mobility issues, please note there are a lot of stairs!! The only con we ran into was the lack of pretty basic supplies. They did let us know in the listing that no beach towels would be provided, and only a limited amount of paper products to start out. So, we did have to go and purchase quite a bit of those things. However, we felt things like salt/pepper, plastic food containers, trash cans in all bathrooms w/ extra bags, enough towels for max occupancy, hand soap, beach items, etc should be provided and have been pretty standard in other properties. Keep in mind you will have to account for buying or traveling with extra household items, especially with a longer stay. Otherwise, the place was great!

My parents, sister and I stayed here (with our families) in late August. It was perfect. Enough space for folks to spread out and gather together. The beach is easily accessible and beautiful. It’s a short walk or drive to restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed our time. Highly recommend!

Clean and roomy stay in Treasure Island

I have zero complaints about my family's stay in this property. The check-in and check-out was effortless and thankfully the hosts even contacted us when they saw we left a balcony door open and told us they were going to close it for us. Peace of mind, clean and represented very well to the photos. I would happily stay again for a trip to St. Petersburg/Tampa. Thank you!

The home itself met our needs, however we were disappointed by the lack of basic amenities during our stay. There were not enough towels provided, very limited dish soap and dishwasher pods, bathroom amenities and no laundry detergent. We expected the property to be set up for 16 people, and though there were enough beds, the amenities such as towels and soap were set for much less than a party of 16. When we reached out to the host to ask if additional supplies could be brought, we were told these items were not provided besides being able to send more towels. We understand every host has different standards, but we do think basic essentials should either be adequately stocked or very clearly communicated in the listing ahead of time so guests can prepare accordingly. The property is also on a very busy main road. This listing shows you have to cross the street to get to the beach, however it does not clearly communicate that you have to cross a very busy road to access the beach. The beach access is also not private, it is just a general beach access. As a party with young kids, we would have appreciated knowing about the busy street as we had to cross this main road for every beach trip. The host was very responsive to our questions, which we appreciated, the property was just not as expected.

The home and stay were good and def had enough room for our family, who were visiting for my son’s wedding in St. Pete. The home was very clean and comfortable, but my two complaints were the actual location; close to the beach but the description neglected to state we were directly off the main road (had to cross the main road to get to beach), so somewhat noisy at night, but nothing a sound machine could not take care of, but lacked the ambiance of a quiet laid back street. Second complaint was the fact that the home was sparsely equipped; no shampoo or conditioner in any bathrooms, no laundry detergent and very small hand soaps. Most don’t travel with these products and small samples would be appreciated until you could get to the store for supplies. Also, no additional blankets or pillows (in closets) Had to ask. In summary, the stay was pleasant and would recommend, as long as one understands what is needed for the stay. The home is clean and comfortable and worked out fine for our families’ needs.

It is a really great house in an excellent location. It is on a busy road but easy to cross at the crosswalk and get to the beach. We loved the large open common area perfect for having our family members who live in FL over to hang out and have dinner. The bedrooms are roomy and well decorated. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that is not well stocked. The dishes and wine glasses are all plastic and very worn out. The plates are all badly scratched. A nice house needs real dishes! Also, the cookware was non stick and also badly worn and scratched. I would never cook on them. Luckily I brought a small skillet that we used to cook eggs but I chose not to cook anything else there. There is a nice front balcony where you can see the water but there are only 2 chairs for a house that sleeps 14. They definitely need more furniture! There was one lamp in the entire house so if you like to read in bed, you cannot. These are easy upgrades that would not cost a lot of money. One more thing that would cost a little more is the carpet does need replaced.
