Nice place. Clean and walkable to town. Host was very helpful. Our only complaint is that is was supposed to sleep 5 with a fold out couch. There was no a foldout couch so our 5th guest had to sleep on the floor!

We came to enjoy a Sunday Supper Series dinner at Fiamma. The location of this condo was just as listed “walking distance” to town. It was perfectly sized, had a well stocked kitchen (for those looking to cook) and the steam shower was definitely a highlight for us! Loved the little outdoor access, but wished the sliding screen door was a little better **for those looking to enjoy the fireplace in the winter, I did notice in the house book that they don’t provide firewood

Everything you need for an awesome stay in Ketchum / Sun Valley. Walking distance to the primary bike / walking path / River Run lodge and downtown Ketchum. Condo is clean and comfortable. Great property for family with 2 or 3 kids. Condo is easy to find, plenty of parking and has everything you need for an extended stay. Neighbors are friendly too.

Nice stay

We really enjoyed our 4 days in Ketchum in this condo. The condo is in a great location- close to town and Bald Mountain. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

Amazing Location

Absolutely loved the location of this condo, easy walk to the resort and short ride to the bike paths. The neighbors were very welcoming and having the green space behind the condo was perfect for the pups.

Amazing location next to the river and ski resort!

Had an amazing time in this beautiful condo next the river with a short walk to everything! Did some skiing, shopping and fine dining! Can’t ask for a better location!

We really enjoyed the location. Condo was well stocked with necessities. Couch was fun in that the cushions shift and make sitting a challenge.

Furniture and decorations were a bit more worn and old than expected. Bedrooms are facing the street and traffic noise was a factor due to old single pane windows. Location is great and overall a nice stay. Bathrooms and kitchen seemed updated and clean.

FANTASTIC LOCATION

This Ketchum condo with deck was ideally located, within walking distance of shopping and dining in town, and an easy walk or drive to River Run. It was not a big condo, but had everything we needed to enjoy our week of skiing and enjoying the area. Washer and dryer in the condo were really nice to have.

Perfect Stay for Our Ski Trip with an Infant

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful—exactly what we needed for our trip! The location couldn’t be better—it’s within walking distance to both town and the Sun Valley ski lift, making it incredibly convenient. Since we were traveling with our infant, my husband and I took turns skiing, and this condo made it so easy for us to switch off without any hassle. The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. We will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Nice, comfortable, great location!

Tidy, clean, thoughtfully appointed, good layout, great location, nice complex! Not fancy by any means, but comfy, great neighborhood, nice peaceful vibe. We only wish there had been outdoor furniture on deck, and there was a highway traffic detour for the week that diverted a lot of traffic right by our bedroom- a major bummer but not the owner's fault. We would def rent here again when traffic issue is resolved.

Well located to skiing (river run) and town. Comfortable. Some items could be updated for cleanliness - decorative pillows, carpet, etc. Overall, would rent again!
