A quick getaway

The location and the view was priceless!! Our family had a wonderful time and it accommodated all our needs. The host was wonderful and was quick to respond with any of our questions. I have even sent the link to other family and friends to check out as a great place to stay. However, I will say that the house on the outside needs a little TLC. Over all I would give this place a 5!

A BEAUTIFUL escape

We booked this place for a wedding in town, absolutely amazing in all areas! The property management in charge was friendly and helpful, had a kind welcome note, and we had everything we needed. We had rain during our trip, and we couldnt even complain with the incredible view! Thank you!

Great location, right on the beach, can’t get any closer than that. Great views from the living/kitchen windows. Clean property, nicely stocked kitchen, big bedrooms. Check in/out was an easy smooth process. Would definitely stay again.

Spectacular views

The home was beautiful and spacious. Gorgeous views of the ocean. Well stocked. Super clean .Great AC . Beds were comfortable , linens were great . Ready to come back time next year .

Great location, just steps from the beach. Has a wonderful deck overlooking the ocean. We have stayed at this home for 2 years in a row & can’t wait to go back again. Only 10minute drive into Saint Augustine. Perfect location.

Hide Tide Paradise

This was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. The area was peaceful and conveniently close to everything we needed. Any time we had a question, we received a prompt response, no matter the time of day. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

Great spot right on the beach 3 minutes from Publix and 7-8 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. And several restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Was perfect for our 3 couples 4 day beach trip.

This was a perfect beach getaway for my family. My 82 year old mom, my sister and me loved our stay. My 2 college aged boys graced us with their presence as well. There was room for all. The house and beach are gorgeous. The house does require steps up to main living and down to beach. My mom was fine with the steps but she’s a very healthy 82. We plan on staying again. We saw dolphins daily from the breezy porch. You won’t regret eating at Caps.

The house was perfect for a beach stay. Tons of windows facing the ocean. Updated kitchen with 3 bathrooms. Main room was very open with great views everywhere. Parking was easy. The hosts were easy to communicate with.

The rental property was beautiful, clean and within steps of the water. Sunrises were my favorite. Only thing to consider it the stairs leading up to house are steep. Also bring your own beach chairs. Overall, really enjoyed my stay.

Great views

We have stayed at 12 different homes along this beach and none have had better views. The kitchen is well stocked and the large wrap a round porch offers both sun rise and sunset views. The driveway is a little steep but we did okay with it.

The view is excellent!!! All the front faces directly at the ocean. Ample beds for familes and three full baths!!!The only problem for us were the very steep stairs! It is hard to get your things up and down and hard for us as seniors to go up and down. It was difficult to take our small dog out also...I wish there was a way for the back stairs (they are staggered) to have a clear path and you could use them and come around to the front!Kitchen appliances are very nice if you want to cook!!! Porch and view are wonderful!!!

Beautiful property. We spent most of our time on the deck watching the ocean. The house was clean but older. There’s some basic spices for cooking and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The host was generous to let us use the garage while we were there to surprise my daughter with her birthday gift.I do recommend you have a higher profile vehicle to get in and out of the driveway though. Two of ours were Dodge Chargers and they scraped every time if we didn’t come in at an angle because of how steep it was. Also use caution on the front stairs, they seem to be at an odd angle from the house settlement.
