Décoré avec goût Unité face à l'océan avec des vues spectaculaires sur la baie de Banderas et Punta de Mita du cinquiÚme étage balcon. Le bùtiment possÚde sa propre piscine et un bain à remous avec des installations de barbecue et de la station fonctionne sur une base de crédit donc une fois vérifiée - Aucun argent comptant est nécessaire!

Paradise Village Beach Resort and Spa (TM) est une Gated Resort Community Five-Star offrant le meilleur dans les Ă©quipements, y compris une variĂ©tĂ© de restaurants raffinĂ©s, centre commercial, centre mĂ©dical et centre de loisirs. Il y a mĂȘme un zoo! En outre, les clients peuvent rĂ©server diverses activitĂ©s Ă  travers l'HĂŽtel y compris Dolphin Swimming, Para-voile, pĂȘche en haute mer, et Snorkeling.

Moyennant un supplément, les clients auront également accÚs au club de golf, centre de remise en forme et Beach Club. Family get away

Great condo to stay in with our son, daughter in law and 18 month old grandson . Perfect weather, great kids pool ,literally on the beach. We had every thing we could have possibly needed!

Playa Royale Tower One

Very comfortable and well equipped condo overlooking Banderas Bay, just steps from two large pools, the beach and Club de Playa, the oceanfront bar and grill. Highly recommend!

Christmas in Nuevo

Amazing unit with breathtaking views on an expansive beach. Our family enjoyed the beach and the pool. Bucerias is a quick cab ride away. Overall a wonderful experience. Can't wait to return!

Great condo, great location, great view!

We recently spent a week in a very comfortable unit in tower 1!! Amazing ocean views, easy access to the pool and beach, great shopping and amazing restaurants all within walking distance! This unit had all the comforts of home, and we loved having the patio door open to hear the sound of the ocean at night. We will definitely book again for next year!!

Beautiful View!

The condo was lovely and being on the ocean, it has such a great view. We loved watching the sun set on the patio. The condo was clean and stocked well. Not childproofed but we just moved some things for our time there. Great spot on one of my favorite places on earth!

Really appreciated the large balcony with beautiful view, comfy chairs and double lounge, along with a large table to eat dinner and watch the sunset...an umbrella was available but unfortunately unable to tip for shade in daytime....kitchen exceptionally well equipped...kingsize bed great but could use some new pillows...highly recommended in general! Thanks Duane!

Great views

Condo was nice and had wonderful views. Check in was a little confusing but got everything sorted out. Pools were fabulous. We ate at the restaurant on site twice. First time was good but the second time our grandson found a fly larva in his guacamole. It was pretty gross. We never went back. The area was ok, but we prefer PV and will stay there next time.

Great beach and location!

Fabulous terrace and view! Duane was very responsive to any questions and he was able to arrange a late check out which was very appreciated! Guests should know that you can’t buy a beach club membership unless staying two weeks or more. Lots of palapas for beach club members and owners. There are about ten palapas on the beach in the back row for use of renters who are not members of the beach club. We had no trouble getting one if we arrived before 10am. Loved our stay! Beautiful sunsets and beach.

magnificant view

The unit was spectacular. The view was even more amazing. This was the first time we stayed in tower 1 and for the future we will only stay in tower 1. The owner provided a great cable TV system. We actually stayed in tower 2 for 2 weeks and decided to extend our stay for 5 more days. The owner was very accommodating in letting us move in the day before our actual check in date. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Duane for making our vacation so very special.

A True Gem

This is a gorgeous property! It is located in Tower 1 and gives you a perfect ocean view right off the patio. There's a large patio table with chairs for outdoor meals and/or playing games, and a double-sized chaise lounge for basking and napping. The master bedroom is spacious and has a large TV and an enormous bathroom. The second bedroom is also spacious. It has two queen beds and an attached bathroom with washer and dryer. The kitchen is huge and stocked with everything you will need (except paper goods). It has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Every room has its own A/C and ceiling fan. We loved our stay here and will stay longer next time. This place was spotless and near Paradise Village for easy shopping access. The one thing that could have been better was the initial instructions for access and details about how to use the property could have been better explained.

Beautiful condo, with the most breathtaking views from the balcony, nice pool and a hot tub. Comfy beds and nice pillows excellent AC in every room. Filtered water so you can drink from the taps. Very clean condo and the grounds around are so pretty & lush. We were able to check in early which was excellent for our family. Duane was an excellent host and answered any questions we had very quickly. The condo had a ton of beach toys, boogie boards to use as well. If you enjoy walking this is an excellent beach to walk on. We had a lovely stay and I hope to be back at tower one again. We were also so lucky to ring in the new year and watch the beautiful fireworks from the balcony they were probably the best fireworks we have ever seen.
