The property accommodates 8 adults, 10 guests when including children, offering 5 bedrooms all with their own bathroom

There is a Bedroom located on the ground level with a queen size bed. Four bedrooms are located upstairs with. A large master suite consisting of a King bed with a beautiful bathroom with a spa bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed, the third has 2 single beds and the fourth has a King bed and captures amazing Beach and Ocean views. There is a sitting room with its own balcony located on the second level to relax, unwind - a great space to enjoy a good book.

Entertain friends and family enjoying the lavish kitchen with stone bench tops, butlers pantry, breakfast bar and floor to ceiling glass doors to enjoy the view and fresh sea breeze.

A beautiful lounge area is located just off the open plan kitchen dining with double sided gas Fireplace.

The home has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning for total comfort all year round.


Secure garaged parking for guests as well as on street parking. Security cameras at front and back external entries and automatic gate for added peace of mind.

Piha is located close to Bouddi National Park and Mount Ettalong for some great hikes and breathtaking views. We have lovingly created this special space to provide a luxurious & memorable stay we hope you will enjoy. True to its name, Pearl Beach is a 'Gem' located on the western shoreline of Broken Bay, sharing the peninsula with nearby Patonga. Go for a walk up to Mount Ettalong Lookout for breathtaking views of Umina and Ettalong Beaches. Take a stroll down to Pearlies café for lunch or Amalfi's for dinner also located a short 10 minute drive is Umina Beach where you will find an array of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets to meet all your shopping needs.
