What a great property, clean, comfortable and spacious. Lovely gardens, views and shops near by for all your needs.To top it off, Jill was a fantastic host with prompt reply to all communication, as well as making herself available during our stay, very accommodating. Thanks again Jill, we had a wonderful weekend.

Raumati Beach Bliss for Families!

Our beachfront stay was absolutely perfect for our family and friends! With ample bedrooms and a fantastic kids' breakout room, everyone had their own space. Waking up to views of Kapiti Island and having direct beach access made for an relaxing and fun-filled holiday. Highly recommend!

Staff and Postgraduate Student Writing Retreat

Our group enjoyed a fantastically productive weekend in this wonderful property. It was perfect for our needs, with space to gather for shared workshop sessions and meals as well as many options for spreading out, indoors and outdoors, to write, read and work on progressing important projects. Everyone loved this space and we hope to return.

Absolutely loved it

We so enjoyed taking our dog for a swim at the beach everyday in our own back yard pretty much !! Views were fantastic and the host was so helpful and friendly!!!! Definitely will be back !!!

Superb place for a family get together

The family (three generations from 70 down to 1) decided to find a relaxing spot to celebrate several milestones at once. This ticked all the boxes and then some! Lovely house with room for three groups, easy access to a fantastic beach and everything you could want for three relaxing days. The kitchen is well appointed, which we put to good use, showers are fantastic and the beds are amazing. Thanks, Jill, will stay again, you have a true gem!

One of the nicest homes

Stunning place - even better than the photos. Lovely communication and welcome from Jill. Spotlessly clean, tasteful furnishings, comfy beds. Definitely the nicest house we have stayed in in NZ - beach in the backyard. Well worth the price!

ABSOLUTLEY PERFECT SPOT!!!

What a neat place, we all had such an amazing time!!! The house was truly perfect, the bedrooms, bathrooms, dinning & living room and deck were all fantastic. Great showers too!!! We had lots of fun in the games room, which we weren't sure we'd use. Also, being beach front was so worth it, is a lovely sandy beach and awesome for swimming! All round it really was a super amazing weekend! Thanks so much Jill, you were so easy and kind to deal with. Much appreciated!!! Will definitely be back, thanks again :-)

Just perfect.

We stayed at Absolute Beachfront in Raumati for my Mum’s 80th birthday celebration. It was perfect for all the family. We made good use of the games room, especially the pool table and table tennis. We were impressed by the quality of the furnishings throughout - like the comfy beds and big couch in the lounge and the big TV for watching the rugby. The kitchen was good, when we felt there were things missing we let Jill know and she popped around with a few extras. Jill was so responsive. Location was great, only 35mins drive for the Wellington family to get there. Having shops just around the corner was good. We organised a catered lunch from Sunday Cantina. The weekend was just perfect. I’m sure the family would be keen to stay again.

Unwind in a beautiful house

We spent two weeks in March in this lovely vacation home.Jill offered a home far from home right from the beginning.The spacious house provided everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped. The house was spotless. The terrace invited to sit back and enjoy lunch or afternoon tea.Every day we went swimming in the sea, the private beach access was so comfortable. One of the highlights was spotting dolphins!Besides that we had the chance to see the South Island on clear days and the sunsets were stunning.The neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet.The house is in walking distance to cafés - a short drive offers even more.Hiking trails are available everywhere and we made good use of them.Wellington is also only a 40 minutes drive away.Jill was always on hand for tips and advice.Thank you for providing such a fantastic place to relax and unwind.We hope to visit again in the future.
