The pool was nice and the spa pool was even nicer big spacious house very warm comfortable beds nice showers everything was clean such a good place highly recommend

It's a great place to stay with big groups but some of the things inside the house needs fixing. Eg heat pump down stairs.But over all it was a great pl to stay

Thanks Trudi. I'm pleased you enjoyed your stay. One of the heat pumps had failed before you arrived but I provided an alternative heater for that bedroom, and I'll replace the heat pump. Next up for us is to replace the top floor blinds for the summer. Everything else should be in good order. Hope to see you again sometime in Seabreeze.

We had a great time. Everything was well maintained, great amenities, and perfect for our group of adults and children. They've thought of everything that you would need for a family getaway, and the communication leading up to and during the stay was fantastic. The heated pool was great, the spa was perfect, and the tennis court/basketball hoop provided our family with hours of fun. Couldn't recommend this place more - we will be back to stay again, for sure!

Pacific island resort in Waikanae!

Fantastic place to stay with family. Heated pool and spa were a constant favourite with the family, and the location, set-up and amenities made for a fantastic stay. Felt like we were on a pacific island resort. Great comms with the property owner, would love to stay again.

What an enjoyable stay, our party of 8 unanimously agreed on how wonderful a spot Seabreeze was. There was ample space for the team, the pool, spa and tennis court gave compliments to the whole esthetic of the bach, not forgetting the waikane beach just a 2 mins walk away. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic weekend

We had three families staying with young children (9 & under) and couldn't have asked for a better place. The pool was a highlight as was the spa. The place is practical and spacious and has all the necessities to make it an enjoyable stay for large groups. We'd definitely love to return

We had a fantastic stay - this property had everything we needed and made our weekend away to celebrate an 80th birthday, just absolutely perfect. The kids did not get out of the pool!! So great to be able to wander down to the beach too. Thank you so much Chris, fantastic place.

Great getaway

We had a large group who stayed and thoroughly enjoyed it. Heated swimming pool, tennis courts, spa and easy access to the beach. All the beds were very comfortable and well. Laid out. The cooking and other facilities awesome too. Loved it.

Wonderful location, amazing facilities

We had a short weekend with two families, 5 kids. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool & spa. A quick walk through the dunes to the beach was a treat. Doubles tennis matches followed by a dip in the pool was fun! The house had everything you need for a relaxed holiday. Thanks so much for accommodating us!
