Not recommendable, don’t ruin your vacation, spider webs all around the house, dead flies all over the house, windows screen broken, windows not able to open, air conditioner doesn’t work and not enought for the hole house, dirty freezer and microwave and not responsive host.

Groveland Getaway

The property was perfect for our girls trip! We had plenty of room. The property was clean, well kept, and easily accessible to town.

Great home on Golf Course

The house is great. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Easy for an elderly person to enjoy. Short drive to Yosemite, and nice grocery store up the road. Would definitely recommend this house to rent. The back deck is absolutely wonderful to hang out on. Beautiful view overlooking the golf course.

Pretty rough and rugged - great house but has issues throughout. Electrical issues (dishwasher doesn't work, light in hallway was faulty/dangerous, outside plug doesn't work), plumbing issues (toilet doesn't flush unless you jiggle the float, sink is reversed hot/cold), general cleanliness issues (outside areas were dirty, appeared there was rodent issue in hallway, sheets were dark with bleach stains, not many essentials provided, and window behind bed in downstairs bedroom had been broken by golf ball clearly before stay but had not been boarded up or any remedy seemed to be in the works. No washer/dryer should be called out more. The property is also close to the waste plant for PML so you hear their generator running throughout the evening (not very loud). Evolve also made it way harder than it needed to be to add an extra night. Overall just needs some more attention for the rate that is being charged.

Great Elevated Fairway View

Outstanding. First off the king size bed is amazing. The house is well appointed, and voluminous.Communication was excellent and access to the home is simple and seamless. You have everything you need to be comfortable, including a great view of the highest handicap fairway on one of the nicest golf courses I've played in a while. Will absolutely return.

Extremely dated property. Wasn’t expecting something new and updated but pictures are not accurate. Wonderful, golf course view but house is dark, musty, dirty and run down. Immediately texted with property manager/owner with a list of items we found unsatisfactory and they attempted(?) to understand our concerns which were not only from a rental perspective but as a homeowner perspective. They did send cleaners in the next day which was fine for us since we were in Yosemite Park and out of the house for 10 hours. From our assumption they were there most of the time so I’m grateful we had planned to be out of the home. Didn't even bother communicating what we found our second night as we decided to suck it up and finish our stay. Upon writing this review I found another renter posting similar concerns for a stay prior to ours. I can say their concerns were similar to ours and it makes me frustrated that there seemed to be no attempt to rectify prior to their next guest. Was expecting much more for the nightly rate. As a fellow VRBO home owner I’m struggling with this property. With this price point I would expect a pride of ownership. This house is lacking in any sense of pride which is unfortunate because it could be a great home for both renter and owner.

Beautiful views, large comfortable house

The view over the golf course was wonderful. Peaceful & relaxing. The house was large & clean with minor issues. The stove & windows needed good cleaning. The kitchen is small but we did not need more. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved using the deck. The AC worked well. Only half our group was able to make the trip so this house was huge for 3 adults. The drive to Yosemite Valley floor was over 1 hour with no traffic. We look forward to renting it again.
