Vacation Haven Pentwater Lake Cottage

Bienvenue dans notre Pentwater Lake Cottage! Vous louerez l'unité supérieure, avec deux chambres, salle de bain complÚte, cuisine et votre propre terrasse de 600 pieds carrés. Nous avons un quai de 24 pieds, vous pouvez donc apporter votre bateau.
Une chambre a un lit queen, une chambre a deux lits et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Sommeil confortable 5. Tous les draps sont fournis.

Nous aimons Pentwater pour ses boutiques uniques, ses restaurants savoureux et ses kilomÚtres de plages du lac Michigan. Notre chalet n'est qu'à quelques minutes à vélo de la ville, mais il est juste assez loin pour que vous puissiez profiter tranquillement de votre tasse de café sur votre propre terrasse privée donnant sur le magnifique lac Pentwater.

AprÚs avoir passé des années à profiter des jours d'été à Pentwater, nous avons décidé d'investir dans un cottage de Havre de vacances dans cette ville balnéaire pittoresque. Notre chalet, les unités supérieures et inférieures ont leurs propres terrasses privées, afin que vous puissiez vous détendre et profiter de la vue magnifique sur le lac Pentwater tout en vous asseyant et en respirant l'air frais du lac.

Peu importe si vous voulez visiter la ville pour une excellente cuisine, des boutiques uniques, marcher sur la plage ou simplement vous détendre sur le pont massif, nous sommes sûrs que vous apprécierez votre séjour et tomberez amoureux de ce petit coin de paradis comme nous l'avons fait.

Nous fournissons WIFI gratuit, vaisselle, casseroles, poĂȘles, ustensiles, cafetiĂšre, grille-pain, bouilloire et 5 jeux de serviettes de bain.

Des chaises d'extérieur sont sur le pont avec une petite table.

Nous avons Ă©galement des kayaks et des planches Ă  pagaie Ă  louer.

Great deck and view, clean units with easy check in and check out.Bottom unit refrigerator leaked constantly from the top freezer into the lower refrigeratorand the jet pump is noisy making it difficult to get a good nights sleep in the lower.Road noise doesn't help either.

Ying was amazing! Quick to respond and easy to work with. We had a fantastic time fishing, swimming, sight seeing, and the view! Absolutely would recommend this house! Thank you for all the memories! Otters live in the water, an eagle lives in the trees across the street, fishing off the dock! Kayaking was so fun!

The View!

Cute, comfortable and clean cottage on a wonderful perch directly on (actually feel like you're hanging over!) Pentwater Lake. While it's not really an area suitable for swimming, it's perfection for sitting back and enjoying the serene water views, especially at sunset. It's a short drive or bike into Pentwater, a charming village with shops, eateries, and 2 ice cream shops. (The Cottage Garden Cafe is a MUST visit for breakfast.) Only drawback is that the cottage is among a stretch of lake front cottages that reside very close to the busy road leading in and out of Pentwater, so road noise is definitely an issue at night. A window fan, which was in the closet, helped a lot, along with ear plugs that I brought. Overall, a lovely and enjoyable stay. Thank you, Ying!

Worked well for us!

The views were amazing because the deck is directly over Pentwater Lake. Beds were comfortable. A couple of issues which were handled immediately by property owner. I would have liked to see the leaves and debris beside the stairs cleaned up. Also we were not informed the dishwasher doesn't work until the day of our arrival. It needs to go as it is not clean and a good place for mold. House is very close to Pentwater which is a very nice lake town....shops, restaurants etc.

Water View Amazing

This was perfect for the two of us. It was nice to be on the water and be able to watch the action on the lake. A bit of shade on the deck would have been great as it is VERY sunny all day. The house is right next to the road, so it gets quite a bit of road noise (they were doing road work while we were there). That said the traffic really dies down at night. The central location was a plus.

Great Lakeside Cottage

This cottage is located directly on Pentwater Lake. It was clean and comfortable and i especially enjoyed the fresh breeze coming through windows from lake. Smaller size but setup so it can easily sleep 6. Near Pentwater shopping and a short drive to the beach and sand dunes. I would stay again.

Family Vacation

We had the most wonderful time at Vacation Haven! We rented the upstairs of the home, but had full access to the entire deck upstairs and downstairs. (No one stays in the downstairs when there is a renter). This led to some amazing fishing!!! We might have caught 100 fish off of those docks. Some tiny and some HUGE!! This home is only 20 minutes north of Silver Lake and 20 minutes south of Ludington. We took day trips to both and loved being able to come home and relax in the deck. I highly recommend you rent the kayaks as well - the lake is beautiful!! Perfect sunset view!

Sister trip to Pentwater!!!!

Just some positive feedback 😀 There was only 1 hand towel in kitchen - we found another one in a drawer (dirty) No wine opener Electricity was very sketchy - the living room lamp would not stay on it kept flickering and the same in bedroom by front/side door Kitchen light above sink does not work maybe a burnt out light bulb? Which made it hard to see at night Refrigerator light as well was hit or miss Extra toilet paper would have been nice 😊 Thank you for telling us about the blinds. Unfortunately due to that bedroom being in the direct line of traffic created a lot of light from the cars driving by and made it hard to sleep. We loved our stay and thank you Immensely for allowing us to visit your gem! Lake was gorgeous! Shops were super close & it was really nice spending time walking around! We loved the area and everyone was super nice! Thanks again! Your place was darling and the decor was so fun! Very cozy! Thank you again!!!!

Springfest in Pentwater

A mini weekend vacation for my wife turned out to be everything expected. Pentwater is a beautiful little Harbor Town on Pentwater Lake off the east shore of Lake Michigan. The local residents are very friendly, and plenty of things to do during your stay both on the water and in town. Excellent restaurants, along with things to do in nearby towns of Ludington and Silverlake. The buggy rides on the white sand dunes of West Michigan is a must do. Local restaurants had excellent food along with excellent outdoor seating for dining and drinking. On this trip we drove around the south end of Lake Michigan through Chicago and Indiana and north up along the east shore of Lake Michigan. If you would choose not to drive, the Badger car ferry from Manitowoc to Ludington is an excellent choice. Once off in Ludington, It's a short 20-minute drive to Pentwater.

Nice Place - Clean and Comfortable

Great little place, right on Pentwater Lake. Kitchen could use some updating, but overall a really nice place to stay.
