The apartment was so well appointed. The beds were comfy, there were nice blankets, the carpet was plush, and the kitchen, though tiny, was well stocked with totally decent pots and pans and plenty of plates and cups. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice remodel.

Small kitchen but adequate for two people. Good beds. Nice pool and hot tub. Great tv but uncomfortable eating area.

Great location! Close to Keystone ski hill, shops and several places to eat along with other neighboring towns! We enjoyed the use of the dishes (provided), small kitchen space with refrigerator and dishwasher, laundry facility (downstairs) and the pool/hot tub/sauna; especially after a long day on the hill! It was the perfect size place for our family of 3.Unfortunately, the place itself lacked some cleanliness and upkeep; items were either missing, broken or in rough shape. For the location alone, 5/5 stars. Otherwise, 3/5 stars overall.

I can see we assisted you guys with your wifi while you were here--but there are no other notes about anything reported about the unit. I wish that we had the chance to address these issues in real time. We would have done everything we could to make it right for you. The condo was as advertised. The primary window and the sliding door had no screens. No air conditioning so we had to open the window and door for air without any barrier to the outside. The primary bed had a filthy bedspread on it. We changed it out with the one in the loft. The door lock was unusable for most of the week because we couldn't figure out how to use it. The correspondence with the front office was only by text. The instructions that they gave to lock it were not appropriate for our door lock. On the last day we finally got a description to lock our door lock after I had to send a picture. No personal conversation on the lock or the windows. Some of the knives and silverware were not cleaned. The couch and chair in the livingroom were very old and uncomfortable.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the condo as advertised, and we’re sorry for the confusion with the door lock. We recently updated the lock, but our check-in information had not yet been updated, so the instructions you received were not correct. We’ve since corrected that information. We also reviewed the correspondence during your stay, and it wasn’t clear to us that you preferred not to communicate by text or email. We absolutely would have been happy to get on the phone with you and walk through the lock or any other concerns you were having. Screens are not common in many mountain properties since bugs are generally less of an issue at this elevation, and the listing does note that the condo does not have air conditioning. We appreciate you bringing the concerns about the bedding and kitchen items to our attention and will follow up with our team. We hope you'll come stay with us again so we can earn that 5 star review.

Nicely remodeled unit

The pictures were an accurate depiction of the unit. It has comfortable furnishings, and was a nice place to come back to at the end of the day. Note that the spiral stairs leading up to the loft are steep and were difficult for my 6 year old. Overall a nice stay.

This place is amazing! Pictures does it justice! Perfect for tops 4 people. 1 bathroom. Loft was great. Stairs were steep though. Hard to carry up luggage. Cleaning needs some upkeep though. My wife walked in and used the bathroom and there was still poop streaks in the toilet. Hot tub was sweet. Sauna didn't work. Scenery was amazing still.

Great Condo Near Keystone

The condo has recently been renovated by the looks of it we were the first to rent it out. Super clean and great size for a party of 4. Kitchen is small but well stocked for doing any cooking. Also had two different coffee machines. Incase Kuriegs aren’t your thing. Super easy to get to keystone resort for skiing/boarding with the free shuttle that picks up right outside. Only had two issues, there weren’t parking permits in the unit. So we got one of those sweet window sticker warnings the first night since we checked in after the property managers office closed. Property manger did get us permits dropped off to the unit the next afternoon. Second issue is the access key for the hot tub and pool didn’t work. Luckily there were other people that let us in. Overall great condo for the price.
