Convenient Location Near Keystone Resort & Short Drive to Arapahoe Bason!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features beautiful mountain and open space views from the private balcony. It's nearly equal distance from River Run Village and the Mountain House Base Area. Plus, it's a short drive from Arapahoe Basin, Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Reservoir. Oro Grande Lodge offers shared amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub, and shared laundry facilities located just one door away.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The spacious living area features a smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off of the living area is the private balcony that offers amazing mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats five. The full bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination with tile surround. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The bedroom is just down the hall and across from the kitchen. It features a queen-sized bed, a desk, and a dresser. It also offers beautiful mountain and open space views from the window.

A very good trip. It is still within walking distance of keystone, especially Peru express lift, but a little far. Hot tub was hot, parking was a dream. Close to the Goat. Tons of extra TP, towels, dish soap and dishwasher soap. Not a ton of shampoo and conditioner, but we brought our own. Big space considering it’s a condo at a ski resort. Very happy with it.

Spacious and convenient

Very cozy appartment, loved the fire place and the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and overall there was a nice amount of space.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time we ever stayed at a condo for a vacation and it was great. It was relaxing, we could cook our own food, the view, for the most part, was really nice from the balcony, and everything went very smooth... with the exception of one Tuesday when a housekeeping staff member knocked on the door around 11 am, confusing us, and came in while we were still there. Now, we didn't answer the knock, so we don't blame the housekeeper, but we would like to know when housekeeping is going to be there before they are so we can plan for it. We were never notified of the schedule beforehand, and would have planned for it. This is the only reason the overall stay was given 4 stars. I recommend this place, but only if they grant their guests a housekeeping schedule.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best part of this rental is that it doesn't face Hwy 6. Not much ventilation, so it does get hot with the west facing windows. Clean, but sparse decor with little charm (though kitchen had the essentials).

Having a DVD player was nice as we brought many movies with us. The pool and hot tub were easily accessible from the unit and well maintained. Laundry was next door to the unit. I would certainly stay here again.

Perfect ski trip

We actually went skiing at Copper on this trip but the location was so affordable that it made sense to drive the 26 minutes each day. This apartment was clean, well appointed and spacious. The owners communicated everything that was necessary to completely enjoy our trip and just relax. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Perfect!

We were very happy that we booked this place for our ski weekend. We were a 2 minute drive to the base of Keystone! The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathroom was very spacious with 2 sinks, a comfortable queen size bed in large bedroom with dresser and desk. Loved the cozy fireplace with many DVDs to choose from for a comfy evening. The couch in the living room is a pull out sofa that my daughter slept on. The big perk we LOVED was the warm inside parking spot! Our car was warm and snow-less each morning and we could keep our ski boots in without worrying they would be too cold to start our ski day. No lugging those heavy boots in and out of the car! The place was very clean and management communicated regularly to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. We would definitely book this place again!

Perfect Accommodation

Great Location. Walking distance to great restaurants and ski rental shop. Heated Garage is a plus, as well as indoor pool/spa. Great cozy condo to relax if the weather is terrible. All amenities are conveniently located. I will definitely look to stay here again.

Perfect for our short trip!

Extremely clean! Great communication. Check in instructions were excellent. We cooked a lot and all dishes, pots and pans, etc. looked new and/or great quality. Not the cheap stuff you see in many VRBOs. Furniture was great. Our bed was comfortable, my son slept on pull out couch in living room and it had a nice mattress on it. Excellent stay. Highly recommend staying here!

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company. VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance.
