Très bien situé! Situé à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons de la plage et de la promenade dans le plus grand station familiale de l'Amérique. Ce condo au premier étage vient d'être rénové en 2017! Nouvelle cuisine avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux planchers de bois franc, fraîchement repeinte et décorée avec goût avec un nouveau mobilier

Confortable chambre de maître avec un lit king et salle d'eau ci-joint. 2ème chambre peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement avec un jumeau plus complète superposé et un lit double supplémentaire. Laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité, douche extérieure et de stockage dans le dos pour des chaises et des parasols. Plus important encore 2 PLACES DE STATIONNEMENT !!!! Nous incluons 2 balises de plage, serviettes de plage, serviettes de bain, DVD, jouets, livres, jeux et beaucoup d'autres choses pour rendre votre séjour plus confortable!
Désolé, pas de location de groupe, pas de week-end senior.

Great beach rental!

The location was perfect with the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and convenience stores all within walking distance. The condo had great natural light from both the front and back, and the decor was bright and cheery. Our family had a great vacation!

Great location for the price

We had a great stay at the condo. It was the perfect location to walk to everything we wanted. It was nicely updated. The only complaint we have is getting into the main door, the keys wouldn't work until you played around with it for sometimes 2 min which was frustrating. Other than that, the place was perfect and we'd stay there again!!

Family beach trip

Beautiful property! My family had a wonderful trip. Within walking distance to all of the major attractions of ocean city. Crissy, the host was excellent and very accessible! There was a small miscommunication (probably on my part) about the availability of bath towels at the condo. Since we had not brought any, I offered to run out and purchase some during our stay but Crissy immediately accommodated us with fresh towels, which she absolutely did not have to! Little things like this really separate a good host from a great one! We will return! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great location and decor, a few things to keep in mind

Our overall impression of the property was good. Some pros include the location (close to boardwalk and Asbury Ave), the fact that there was a bunch of plates/silverware/cups available in the kitchen, comfortable beds, reliable wifi, off-street private parking, beach tags, and the decor (which was very tasteful). Cons for us were that the filters in the AC's (and the lint tray in the dryer) didn't appear to have been cleaned recently, the listing did not explicitly state that no linens would be included, there was no available dishwasher pods or laundry detergent, and the door to the kids bedroom was misaligned/got stuck. Unfortunately our young son had trouble getting out one night. The check-in process was a little inconvenient with having to go to a store on the boardwalk to get keys. Then those keys weren't labeled as to which open the door to the building versus the door to the apartment. Overall, we had a few minor hang-ups but honestly, the pros for us outweighed the cons. Us listing out these concerns is meant to inform other potential renters and the owner. Our Ocean City vacation was phenomenal. At the end of the day, we had a comfortable, aesthetically pleasing apartment to come back to and use as home base. The care that the owner put into making sure the place was homey, relaxing, and beach-inspired was evident.

Nice but some issues

The condo location and decor was nice, but the condition of the AC units and some other things were not good. The living room/kitchen area AC unit didn’t cool the area so all we ended up turning down the bedroom ACs to compensate. The AC filters were very gross especially the one in the children’s bedroom. Not great when you have family members with allergies. The laundry closet was very dirty and the washers agitator was cracked and they used metal to anchor it back together. Not good to wash your clothes in because the metal could tear them. Let’s move on to the beds, so in the listing it doesn’t mention no linens included, for the price of the rental it really should. I did ask the host prior. Upon arrival I went to put our personal linens on the bed, well the mattress pads were dirty with stains and hair. The pillow cases that were on the children’s beds were dirty with crusty stuff on them. Like I said the place was decorated nice, but for the price there were some disappointments. I would at least expect things to be clean and also some upkeep of furniture. Scotch taping a dining room table when you are charge ~$3700 seems outrageous.

Perfect in every way!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean, spacious enough for our family of 4, and had everything we needed! The location is beyond perfect! Around the corner from Asbury Ave and 3 blocks from 12th Street beach/boardwalk! The property manager was quick to respond and so helpful. We are so happy we chose to stay here!

Great time

Overall we had a great time. The condo was clean and worked out really well. The only issue we had was the bathtub didn’t hold water which made bathing the kids a little difficult. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Cute apartment that was just right for our family. Even had an extra boogie board we could borrow! Great to be able to walk to the boardwalk and the beach easily!

Fantastic Stay for Families!

Beautiful clean apartment in a perfect location to enjoy the beach, boardwalk, amusement park, waterpark and restaurants. We had a wonderful week and Chrissy was extremely responsive and helpful. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful, comfortable, and just a few short blocks from the beach and boardwalk.

This was our second year visiting Ocean City and our first time staying at this gorgeous condo. The furnishings and decor are immaculate. I can't imagine anything I would change. The half bathroom off of the master bedroom was a nice feature. The stackable wash machine inside the condo was a plus. The kitchen with large island was just amazing. Because our children are small, we still eat almost every single meal at our condo. This kitchen made cooking a breeze! Dishwasher, large refrigerator, and full size oven/stove!! The location is perfect. We parked our car in one of the TWO spaces provided and didn't move it once!! The place is just a few short blocks to the ocean and boardwalk. Right around the corner is the Fractured Prune which we discovered has the most amazing donuts we have ever eaten and Bennie's Bread and Italian Market which has delicious hot sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches and bagels. I can't say enough how much we absolutely enjoyed our stay!! Looking forward to next year already!!

Great place to spend time with family.

Amazing!! From the location to the beach and boardwalk to the decor and amenities provided!

My family of 5 had an awesome time staying at this family friendly, inviting and homey feeling beach condo! The location was perfect and everything from what was provided to us to the beachy decor to the timely responses from the owner was excellent! I would love to stay here again in the future!

Our condo has been in our family since my parents bought it when I was a little girl. I spent every summer there as a kid and my children spent their summers there too. We made many beautiful memories there.

This condo is centrally located. So close to the beach and boardwalk. No need to drive anywhere. We did a full renovation in 2017. It might just be the prettiest 2 bedroom condo on the island.

My father was the original owner of this condo. He told me he chose this condo because it was the only 2 bedroom in the island that came with 2 parking spots and 2 bathrooms. My mom said she loved the location.
