La location Homestead est idéalement situé à seulement 400 pieds jusqu'à une rue du port dans le centre historique du village d'Ephraïm. La maison de style ranch de trois chambres peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, y compris les nourrissons et les enfants et a une vue de Eagle Harbor et la marina du village à partir de la fenêtre d'image avant. Il se trouve à quelques minutes à pied de la plage publique conviviale et familiale Ephraim. Chaque chambre a un lit queen. Une salle de bain complète rénovée avec douche à l'italienne et demi-bain. Les serviettes et le linge de lit sont fournis. La cuisine a été récemment rénovée et comprend une cuisinière, un réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle et un micro-ondes, une cafetière de 10 à 12 tasses, une marmite, des assiettes, des tasses, des verres et des ustensiles de cuisine. We do not take reservations for the next year until January 1st of that year. 7 nights mid-June thru August. 3nights spring and fall.
No parking on German Road. Only 2 parking spaces. No trailers of any kind. More than 6 people, you may be asked to leave with no refund.

View of the water from the front yard and living room. Just a couple minutes walk to the water. We loved the area. Close to restaurants and my favorite coffee shop, Coffee. Mirrors in every room was helpful to put makeup on while the bathroom was occupied. Box fans in every bedroom. The area in the front yard was nice for sitting out at night. The beds were comfy. The gift basket was generous, appreciated and unexpected. I’m a neat freak and had no issues with cleanliness. Thank you for offering your cute cottage for rent!

Very charming house in a great location. The lake is right across the street. The location is convenient to get to anywhere on the peninsula. Check in/out process is smooth. The sheets were fabulous! I recommend this VRBO and would stay there again!

The Homestead Rental was fantastic, we all agree we would definitely stay there again. Excellent house in the heart of Ephraim. Walking distance to all Ephraim restaurants and the waterfront. The house has an awesome view of the water in the distance from the living room. The host was very responsive, the house was clean, and it had all the cooking items we needed. I would stay here again.

We had a great 2 night stay just in time to see the peak fall colors! The house was exactly as expected and very well kept. We were welcomed with a basket of goodies and a personal note from Diane and Larry. House had lake views and was in a nice spot. Highly recommend!!

Fall color visit

My parents came out from Oregon for the fall colors. We had a fantastic time! The cottage was perfect, and very well appointed. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

This home has been in our family since it was first built in 1950 by my Grandparents. We have been updating the home every year since 2016.
My husband and I are full time residents who live 2 miles away and are available for any spur of the moment concerns. Our love of Door County keeps us here Year-round although we do travel to see our 9 soon to be 10, grandchildren in the winter.

Our comfortable rental home is in the middle of the historic district in Ephraim. By car we are also centrally located on the peninsula to beaches, wineries, trolley tours, outdoor activities, and all the breathtaking scenery in Door County. Off the main Highway you can relax and still be close to everything going on.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Homestead is one of the few rental homes in downtown Ephraim with private shore and pier access just a short walk away. The sunsets are breathtaking. We also have use of an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, just across the side street, but you must bring your own towels. The Ephraim Public Beach is 2 blocks away. It is the cleanest, safest, family friendly sand beach in Door County. Historic Wilson's Ice Cream Parlor is a block north of the Homestead Rental.
