The Space:
In the majestic Casa Jaguar, located within the newly created complex of Ciudad Mayakoba, every corner breathes the essence of Mayan style, fusing elegance with captivating details. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with a purified tap water system using an independent tap on the sink for fresh drinking water, a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning kickstart, and a dishwasher for easy cleanups! (4 Nespresso capsules and 2 dishwasher capsules are provided in your starter kit. Additional available for purchase.) There’s also a beautiful wood dining table to enjoy a sit-down meal.

You’ll find the Wi-Fi in the home reliable for work and a number of comfortable laptop-friendly workspaces around the home in the event you need to sneak in a little work or study time.

This rental consists of 2 separate units that, when rented together, accommodate up to 14. The main part of the house features three bedrooms, all with AC, 55” TVs, ensuite bathrooms, and 2 USB and 2 electrical connections in each nightstand! There’s also a half bath for added convenience.

The Mayakoba area is known for world-class golf, stunning beaches, and natural beauty. Once you’ve recharged your batteries, the beach and golf are less than 10 minutes away, while the exciting downtown of Playa del Carmen awaits you about a 20-minute drive away!

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the entire building during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in a quiet residential area called Ciudad Mayakoba, about a 20-minute drive from the heart of Playa del Carmen, where you’ll find the famous 5th Ave pedestrian street (about 45 blocks) lined with shops, cafes, restaurants of all cuisines, bars with live music and sports on the TV, loads entertainment, and so much more! The beach club is only about a 10-minute drive, and world-famous golf is about a 5-minute drive at El Camaleón Mayakoba Golf Course. This area of the Riviera Maya has endless options for activities of all kinds. Get out and explore!

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Cancún International Airport (CUN), just 48 km | 30 mi away. It’s best to have a car as the property’s in a residential area without easy access to public transportation/taxis. There is space for 3 vehicles in the driveway, or you are welcome to park on the street.

Other Things to Note:
It’s mandatory to send a copy of the ID of the main guest and adult guests staying at the property. The building administration enforces the requirement to send IDs. Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.

Guests must climb stairs.

There is one main entrance to the building, and each unit has its own secure entrance.

For stays of more than 28 nights, there is a monthly electricity allotment. Any electricity usage over that amount is the guest's responsibility.

A baby crib is available by request.

Daily light cleaning service is available upon request at no additional fee. If you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This fee will be charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $400 penalty.
- No parties, events, or illegal activity allowed, and excessive noise will not be tolerated, especially after 10 p.m. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please respect the neighbors.
- No visitors or more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are welcome for long-term stays (subject to approval).

Interaction with Guests:
The host will meet you upon your arrival to check you in. Please let us know your approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before.
