Caribbean Ketch has been a beloved Vacation Rental for years, but is new this year to our Seaside Vacations’ Family - and we couldn’t be more excited! Nestled amongst whispering Pine Trees, it feels like a million miles from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet it’s still close to everywhere you want to be. Pulling down the tree-lined driveway, you’ll feel your stress melting away - you’re on island time now….

Just a few steps into the house, and then you have one level living throughout - perfect for those not wanting to climb a lot of stairs. Kick off your flip flops in the spacious Foyer, and let the fun begin!

After rinsing sandy feet in the Outdoor Shower, you’ll love relaxing in the Living Area after a fun-filled day at the Beach, and enjoying Free WiFi, Flat Screen Smart TV, and gorgeous Colors of Sand and Sea, with bright pops of island color throughout. And, we are so in love with the Rustic Hardwood Floors and the shabby chic vibe of Caribbean Ketch!

Prepare family meals easily in the Well-Stocked Kitchen - grill the Fresh Catch of the Day on the Gas Grill, or just grab a quick bite before hitting the Beach. With Stainless Appliances and beachy blue walls, mealtime will be a bay breeze. Not one to cook on Vacation? You can stroll to several of our most popular dining venues including Famous Pizza, Woody’s Barbecue, and Lily’s Little Mexico - yum! When the time comes to enjoy some Fresh Local Crabs, the huge Screened Porch at Caribbean Ketch is the place to be. With plenty of seating for everything from dining Al-Fresco to relaxing and sharing stories of the day’s adventures, you’ll love an evening spent around the cozy Gas Fire Pit that’s sure to set the mood for making amazing memories.

Caribbean Ketch sleeps 8 in 3 Bedrooms more than comfortably. Bedroom 1 is a Master with a comfy Queen Bed and Flat Screen TV. Colors of Sea Glass make for a serene retreat and restful night sleep. The Private Master Bath has a Double Vanity and spacious Walk-in Shower. Bedroom 2 has a Full Bed, and colors of Sand Dunes and Sea Grass - again, so relaxing. The 3rd Bedroom is sure to thrill the littles in your family with 2 Twin Bunk Beds, sleeping up to 4 easily. This room truly embodies colors of the Caribbean with brilliant shades of bright blues, orange, and green - so bright and cheerful! There is a 2nd Full Bath in the hall with a Tub/Shower Combo. And while no one likes doing laundry on Vacation, there is a Full Size Washer and Dryer, just in case it's needed.

Wait - we’re not done yet! There is so much to do outdoors at Caribbean Retreat, as well! Stroll out the Screened Porch to find a spacious Deck, perfect for chilling and listening to the Tree Frogs sing. On those hot Summer days, the shade of the Pine Trees will be welcomed. There is also a detached Garage that has a small Screened Room - perfect for sneaking away with a good book. In the Garage you’ll find Beach Chairs, Bikes, Yard Games, Crabbing Gear, and more! In the yard, the kids and adults alike will have a blast with the Ring Toss Game.
