Perfect location!!

We’ve stayed on Fort Myers Beach many times but this time was the best because of this little house. It was perfect size for my partner and I, perfect location that was walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay again!

We live nearby and wanted a short getaway. It has a clean, simple, cottage feel and was perfect for the two of us. An easy walk to Times Square, beach, restaurants, and shops.We've stayed at Coastal Vacation Properties before. This stay was as nice as our previous visit. We will probably book this location again in the future.

Incredible location and so clean and comfortable!

We loved our stay here! Can’t beat the location - so close to the beach and great bars and restaurants! Sitting areas in front and back helped us to enjoy mornings and evenings and everything in between. Clean and tidy spaces. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfext couples getaway!

Property is perfextly located. EVERYTHING is within walkjng dustance. This cottage is like brand new. Comfy bed- nice bathroom- kitchen has all the utensils- washer dryer- easy checkin checkout... LoVEd this stay!

Overall great

Overall was a great place would have been nice to have more trash bags and additional common items like dish soap, laundry detergent, and things like salt and pepper. Other than that very clean and perfect for a couple getaway.

Perfect location for everything!

Everything was great! Our only feedback would be that some of the towels were dirty and there needs to be more supplies (we only had 1 garbage bag and not near enough tp). For the price, those basics should be provided.

Location is second to none. Right in the heart of fort Myers beach. I suggest the following: Put a TV in the bedroom that you can download apps. I use Fubo and had to have a password for the TV to download the app. Also, the air conditioner in the bedroom is extremely loud. Mostly at startup it definitely woke me up a few times. There is a nice upper deck that you can see the ocean front however, no way of getting up there. It needs stairs. Overall this is a great little rental.
