Beach Pearl is a beautifully maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the north end of the island in a tranquil neighborhood. It is just a quick walk to the beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the much desired North End near restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment. The Fishing Pier and Times Square plus plenty of restaurants, pubs, shoppes and entertainment are just a short walk away. Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Water activities abound, with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, parasailing and other close by things to do.

Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

The kitchen is beautifully designed and fully equipped. It has a beautiful blue tile countertop, stainless steel appliances that include a two-door refrigerator with top freezer, a glass top range with self-cleaning oven and a built-in above-range microwave oven.

The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, tables and chairs, and flat screen TV. A sun room extends from the living room. The deck wraps around overlooking the street and the side and rear of the home and the private swimming pool and sun deck. There are also stairs providing access down to the pool. The deck is nicely furnished with tables and chairs. The bathrooms are comfortable and large. The second bathroom has the private washer and dryer.

The private pool has a plenty of entertainment space and bar to make drinks and serve great food! Beach items are provided and may include a cart, towels, umbrella & chairs. Roomy deck for relaxing.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sight seeing to experience.

Beautiful Spot to Make Memories!

This was our second year staying at Beach Pearl and we enjoyed every minute of it! The location is amazing and everyone was so attentive to our needs and questions! This year was especially exciting as we celebrated our daughter's 25th birthday and our son proposed to our future daughter-in-law while we were there! The kitchen and the grilling area had everything we needed to cook up multiple meals, including frying up fresh redfish we caught on Captain Mike's Charter in the bay. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature and the outdoor lights allowed us to enjoy the pool into the night. The beach really was as close as advertised! Less than a 5 minute walk and we were sitting in the white sand by the Gulf. Downtown was a short walk, or even shorter golf cart ride, and had many good restaurants and shopping. You can also rent bikes less than a block away from the house.

Great Rental and property manager

This place was a perfect rental for 6 of us. The outdoor space had plenty of room for all of us. The outdoor tv was an added bonus since we didn't think it was going to be there given one of the previous reviews. The rental company was so great about messaging me the first three days to make sure we didn't need anything. They had beach towels, plenty of beach chairs, a wagon and umbrellas to take with us to the beach which was a block away. I would definitely stay there again next year. I can't say enough good about the place! Some of the negative reviews were really silly and this place was perfect.

Wonderful Location

Fantastic stay at Beach Pearl. The location makes it easy to get to the beach and restaurants, just a quick walk. The pool area is great for relaxing and privacy, and our family loved the deck for the sunsets. Can't wait to come back!

Week in June

Just stayed at the house…perfect location to access Ft. Myers business district. House was clean and close to the ocean. Having the pool to come back to after leaving the beach was very refreshing. Would like to see the area once it’s totally rebuilt and would definitely stay here again.

A lovely stay!

The property was exactly as pictured and provided a wonderful space to spend time with family. We walked to the beach (prime location), used the pool quite a few times, and spent time playing a few games that were provided. It was well appointed and clean.

Family time winter escape

Nice very clean accommodations, wonderful to have private pool and back patio area. Can walk 5 min to beach, breakfast places, ice cream, Diamondhead bar/restaurant, and times square is only 15 min walk. We rented bikes to explore and run errands to publix and go faster than the traffic.

Can't say enough good things about this classic beach home! Close to beach, Margaritaville dining and entertainment, awesome pool and pool relaxing area to chill and enjoy the evening. This property is in the perfect location - close to the beach & short walk to Margaritaville, and the Times Square area. The house was clean & offered the necessary amenities for the week. Perfect for sun & fun

Great house and a great location. The house was perfect for our needs – five friends getting together for some sun and fun. Enjoyed the many outdoor areas for sitting, including the pool area, the deck, and even the front patio. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy to walk to beach or Times Square.

Perfect location with private pool in Ft. Myers Beach

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Ft. Myers Beach! The location is fantastic—just a 7-minute walk to the public beach access, so it's super easy to get to the sand and surf. After a day at the beach, we loved coming back to relax in the private pool (with outdoor shower). It was the perfect spot to unwind with a drink in hand. The house itself is very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook meals at home. The overall vibe of the place is exactly what you'd want for a beach vacation...full of those relaxed beach vibes. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access!
