Very nice house, quiet neighborhood, close to nice stores like Natural Grocers, Sprouts, Safeway, Target, Historic Downtown, a few lakes around the area. The check in and check out were easy as they contacted me through text with all info. Real easy clean up at check out. Would recommend!

Thanksgiving week stay

This was the ideal place to stay on a Thanksgiving week with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and modern upgrades to every room in the house. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a comfortable place to stay

Beautiful place! Restful stay!

This home is clean and welcoming! The layout was perfect for the two families we had staying there…Grandparents could be with the kiddos or not. Rooms were large and comfortable! The host was very friendly and VERY available, responded very quickly! I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!!

Great Stay - Highly Recommend!

My family and I stayed in this wonderful home for a wedding weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location was ideal, and the home itself was immaculate and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our experience with the host was exceptional—they were responsive and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in the Arvada, CO area!

Quiet and comfortable

This house was clean, and the Central A/C was so appreciated in the summer warmth. It's close to Old town Arvada, also Meow Wolf, sports venues, and we toured colleges for our son nearby. Loved that we could also bring our pup to this dog-friendly home. A great stay!

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful time at this location. There was plenty of space with two living rooms, two bathrooms, and the bedrooms. The kitchen take was large and comfortable. All of the kitchen amenities were in great shape and included everything we needed to cook meals. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend this location! Especially for families.

The house was just as pictured, very nice! The communication with the contact person was EXCELLENT! We loved our stay and would highly recommend this location and house. It was easy to travel to Boulder, Golden, Red Rocks, even Rocky Mountain National Park!

PERFECT!!

This house was perfect for our week stay. Everything was extremely clean and maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc.. Plenty of towels and blankets. I will definitely look to book this house again in the future!!

Great place to stay in Arvada, CO

My husband and I, along with our adult son and his dog, enjoyed staying at this property. Since we were visiting our son who lives in an apartment in Arvada, my husband and I decided to rent this house to provide more space for all of us. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and had a nice back yard for us to enjoy (especially my son's active dog). We liked walking around the many paths in the area. The house was neat and clean and had what we needed during our stay.
