Overall a very spacious and clean house. My only gripe was the pool. It was full of debris from the surrounding trees making it essentially unusable. We asked for someone to come and clean it since it would have taken us hours to do it ourselves and that didn’t happen.

It was so dirty on the outside around the place some of the bathrooms were not cleaned good at all and a lot of homeless people living in the back of the place drinking and doing drugs the pool was dirty when we got there one thing that was good was there’s a lot of places around there

This rental was perfect with 8 bedrooms of various numbers of beds and 8 bathrooms (to eliminate issues). The family loved it. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach, and the pool was a fun addition. It perhaps doesn't have the bells and whistles of other rentals, but it was decently cleaned and had everything we needed. Management staff was also very responsive to a few minor issues that we encountered.

Location was excellent to the beach and restaurants and attractions.When we get there we were missing remotes for some rooms, one of the bedroom the outlet have no cover. The water pressure was terrible, occupant can use more than 2 bathroom at the same time. The tenants on the other part of our building were up from 12 midnight to 3a.m. around the pool area running and making so much noise that none of us could sleep in our unit. I would recommend the property due to location but the management company need to do the update on the water pressure, noise, and tenants parking.

Just OK

The place was clean and everything worked fine. The following are things we did not like and thought the place was lacking. The pool and area around the pool was too smalll for the amount of people who stayed there. We used the pool twice. The interior layout had no real place to sit and enjoy family was lacking a (great room) Although the location was good the neighborhood was not towels and bathing suits were stolen from the pool area that were hanging to dry. Manager should at the least supply a broom and a dust pan and garbage bags. The garbage was not picked up enough for all the persons staying there there was always garbage on and not in the dumpsters. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property needs to be cleaned up outside and exterminated. The area outside Unit D was very nasty, cigarette butts, mosquitos and roaches. Roaches were all through the house, I called and reported it and was told that someone would be out later that evening to treat them and no one ever showed up. Parking is terrible, house sleep's 22 people but only 4 parking spaces. My family has traveled to Myrtle Beach for our family reunion for the past 21 years and I will say this has been the worst experience ever!!!! Units A,B,C was not trashed like Unit D, they looked much better outside.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff was outstanding, very responsive and was focused on our satisfaction. The issue was with the other guest. It was brought to our attention that one guest voiced several complains about parking, peeping into windows, and noise. First of all I have to admit that we were a bit noisy (up to about 12am one night), but NO ONE in our group peeped into anyones window. Furthermore, the group that complained had the same issue relating to noise and parking. One evening they completely took 10 parking spots in the lot and were out front of their unit drinking, smoking, and hit softball around in the lot. However, the morning prior we had a representive (stating that she was visiting every guest) for the resort visit us regarding the complaint. We check with another guest and found that they were not visited. Not sure why we were singled out. When on vacation your intent is to enjoy your stay not to feel that you are under the microscope because of who you are and I think that was the major issue with the complaining guest.

Well appointed 8bed/bath unit in good location.

Large family with 10 adults 4 kids and a baby. Unit was clean (except for slightly moldy floor) and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Nice communal pool and hot tub. I thought the rental contract was a bit onerous with 100% liability on the guests for everything, but we had no major issues during our stay. Great location for adults and kids. Only 2 of 4 units occupied during our stay which was nice. Parking and pool could be crowded if all 4 units full. Everyone in our party was happy.

The house was awesome.

We loved the house! The huge table was perfect for gathering and just having a good time. The only thing was the property on the outside felt a little dirty like it needed to be cleaned up. Other then that the house was perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 20 guys for a golf trip and reserved 2 units. Everyone slept in their own bed and at the most 2 guys had to split a bathroom. It was perfect for this. Everyone on the trip had nothing but great things to say. We had one issue with the lock and Melissa was there in 45 minutes to get it fixed. Not far from the beach or golf courses. Great experience!
