Guest enjoy exclusive access to unit A along with the private pool. Please note the elevator is not available to guests.

⚠️ Important Things to Note (Please Read)

• Stairs required to access home

• Pool is not heated

• Guests should provide their own beach and pool towels

• Guests must provide their own propane for the Gas BBQ Grill

• Please feel free to use the beach gear in the pool room. Please take care of the equipment so the next guest can enjoy it as much as you :)

• We own the other half of the duplex, Unit B. Please message us if you would like to book both units :)

• For our guests' security and safety, there is a Ring security camera located above the driveway overlooking the driveway, street, and front yard.

• This property is treated for Pest Control on a monthly basis from April to September, and bi-monthly otherwise

• The pool is cleaned twice a week from April to September, and once a week otherwise



🚫 House Rules:

- NO PETS ALLOWED - If you bring an undisclosed pet your reservation will be canceled

- Maximum of 18 guests

- No glass in the pool area

- No parties or events allowed

- The guest who books the property MUST be present during the booking & will be held liable for any damages

-Smoking inside is prohibited: $250 minimum fine for in-home smoke damages. Smoking permitted outside, please maintain a safe distance from the home. Please put out your cigarettes and dispose of them in the outdoor trash bins.

You will receive all of your check-in details - home address, door code, parking, Wi-Fi and more, 1 day prior to your stay
