À proximitĂ© du ski Ă  Breckenridge (20-30 minutes), de la pĂȘche, du rafting (45 minutes), de la randonnĂ©e, des sentiers de VTT, de l'Ă©quitation et de nombreuses autres activitĂ©s de plein air. Cette maison est idĂ©ale pour l'aventurier, le skieur ou quelqu'un qui recherche du R&R. We had a wonderful 2-week stay. The house was absolutely perfect for us. We had 4 adults and 2 dogs. The house was very clean. We spent many hours on the porch enjoying the views. The hot tub was also a plus! It was well taken care of. The backyard has a small, fenced-in area that was perfect for the dogs. Communication with the owners was always quick and easy. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

This home adequately took care of our party of six. We took advantage of the grill and well equipped kitchen to eat in both nights. Loved the hot tub and the fire pit too. It is close to the highway so you definitely get a little road noise but that also made it more convenient to go hiking and into town.

Cozy cabin with a true rustic charm!!

The cabin was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed for our vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor fire pit was a great spot to relax in the evenings.

Lovely mountain home

This is a lovely and clean home. The view from the front porch is lovely of the mountains but not so lovely of the road. I don't know if it would have changed my decision to stay there or not, but i didn't realize there was a road 100 yards from the front patio. It didn't feel as much like a mountain get away with that so close Other than that, everything was be enjoyable. I'd recommend it for someone that wants to be close to mountain access.

Great vacation home

Overall, we loved the house. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. The views of the mountains were second to none and there was plenty of space for our dogs outside. That being said, we heard coyotes howling every night and had a black bear walk right up to the front porch one evening
so cool. I will definitely consider this home again next year.

Beautiful Cabin near Breck

Cabin was everything they advertised it as. It’s very clean, has everything you need for your stay and beautiful views. Short drive to the mountains make this a great place to stay! Beds are comfortable, check in and out was easy, and I highly recommend. Hot tub was clean and a huge perk to our stay. I would most definitely stay again!

Amazing family Vacation

Everything was perfect.. waking up to seeing the Rocky Mountains is truly majestic.. Beautiful cabin and the front yard was perfect for these TX kids to play in the snow. Everyone had a awesome time , thanks for letting us stay.

Beautiful

The property was Beautiful. Location was amazing. Woke up every morning to Beautiful view of the mountains. Beautiful drive to Breckinridge. Must check out the Al-mart in Alma. Highly recommend this home! We will be back!

Christmas holidays 2023

The house was lovely and the accommodations were excellent. The beautiful drive into Breckenridge was fine even though it was snowing a lot (at least for a Southerner). The snowplows were doing a great job on the roads. We reported a problem with the heating to the property owner and she was very responsive.

Great place for all ages.

Had my family in the states for Christmas and wanted a place close enough to the slopes and far away enough from the crowds. FairPlay has changed a lot since I last drove through decades ago. Was pleasantly surprised.

Escape From the Texas Heat

We were pleased with the property overall. Was clean and had most of the necessities we could ask for. E-mailed description of the property needs a little updating, as we struggled to figure out why the Direct TV wouldn't work, only coming to realize that there no longer was any Direct TV. Which may now have been updated. Not really a problem, as we brought our own Apple TV for streaming, and the Internet connection was fine and supported this without a problem. We unfortunately had to work a bit on this trip, but the Internet connection supported this without issue. Enjoyed our time in the hot tub in the evenings, and having a fenced in back yard for the pup was an added advantage. The house is not too far off of Highway 9, which leads to a bit of traffic noise, though in the house at night you could not really hear the traffic that much. Overall, really enjoyed our stay, and would rent again if the opportunity comes up!

Everything we could ask for

Stayed at The Lazy G for the 4th of July with family and friends and it was perfect! Had everything we needed and was more than enough room for everyone. The kids loved playing in the loft and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Easy access to Fairplay and Alma or any outdoor adventures. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Cindy!

Excellent Additional Housing for Reunion

This property was amazing for my extended family to utilize as a “2nd house” during our family reunion wkd. Super close to our house, so that folks could eat and hang out with us, but then sleep and shower at the VRBO. The young adults could relax at night under the stars and in the hot tub. Very close to towns of Fairplay and Alma.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

The house was clean, quiet, and a great central location to all our activities. We enjoyed the hot tub at night after long days of adventuring. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Plenty of room for everyone to have thier own space, enjoyed the separate living area and the loft for the kids to retreat to. Beautiful views and amazing sunset over the mountains in the evening from the front porch. Overall a wonderful property and an amazing family vacation.

Very nice property.

Great property, very well stocked, We loved the location but it might not appeal to everyone (nearby towns don't have a lot of dining options). Our only issue was the property was listed as not allowing pets but it appears the owners might have their dog(s) there at times - so my family members had some alleregy issues. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
