Great communication and very true to the listing. Comfortable beds and space to hang out together. Appliances were clean and new.Some suggestions: the faucet on the kitchen sink is very loose, some of the outlets in the kitchen do not work, and there aren't a ton of kitchen items (big bowls, cookie sheets, plastic bags, tin foil).

The home itself as clean and beds were comfortable. They had a dishwasher but no tabs for it? We had to buy some. They left two rolls of toilet paper for 4 adults one child. We had to buy some. No Kleenex and no manuals on how things works. Kitchen utensils was not enough for us. Plastic bowls plates etcc????? All kitchenware was from dollar store. Terrible. The bushes covered the railings to get in, so overgrown. Made getting in, difficult. Worst of all wifi was terrible. Our family holiday was not good.

We strive to provide a well-equipped and comfortable experience for every guest, and we regret that the items you mentioned were not to your satisfaction. We also appreciate your comments regarding the kitchenware and outdoor landscaping. The kitchen items include premium porcelain ceramic plates and coffee mugs, also stainless steel utensil sets, and a lot more high quality items. Regarding the Wi-Fi, we understand how important reliable connectivity is, especially for families. We've confirmed the wifi is currently working great, and very rarely hear of connectivity issues. Your feedback is important to us, and we take it seriously. Although we wish your experience had been more positive, we truly appreciate your bringing these matters to our attention so we can continue improving the home for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you were still able to enjoy time together during your holiday.
