Summary:
This spacious and inviting house is the perfect retreat for families and groups seeking comfort and convenience. With plenty of space, this property is very suitable for groups of business travellers or friends travelling to Auckland. Nestled in the sought-after Mission Bay neighborhood, you'll find yourself just a stone's throw away from the sparkling Mission Bay Beach, local eateries, and vibrant attractions and only 10 minutes from Auckland CBD!

The Space:
Within this home, you'll have plenty of space for everyone. There are 2 living rooms (one with a TV and one without), 2 areas for dining - one inside table and an outdoor dining table on the large deck.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances and all the utensils you may need to cook your own meals. There is a New World at Eastridge Mall which is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive from your accommodation. You can stock up on ingredients here if you're not down at Mission Bay checking out the restaurants!

There are 3 bedrooms. One with a king bed, one with a queen bed and the last room has a single bed. All bedrooms have plenty of closet space for your belongings.

There are 2 bathrooms within the house. One bathroom has a washer and dryer which are free for your use.

You'll also be lucky enough to have free parking at the property. In a carport that is big enough for 2 cars.

We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property except for one locked room on the downstairs level.

The Neighborhood:
Everything you need is just a short distance from the apartment! Here are some suggestions for things to see and do on your visit to Auckland:

The Kepa Bush - Recharge your batteries on this peaceful bush walk in Ōrākei. Bring the kids along and have a family adventure - they'll love getting off the beaten track and listening for the bird call in the forest. The boardwalk and gravel path has a number of stairs to climb - great for getting the heart rate up.

The Mission Bay - Mission Bay is one of the best places in Auckland to visit as it has so many things for you to do! Whether you want to eat, drink, play, swim or shop, you’ll find something at Mission Bay. There is also a walking track along the waterfront that goes from Mission Bay to Saint Heliers. This takes just over 1 hour to go to Saint Heliers and back. Eastridge Mall also has a cool eatery little eatery with a good variety cuisine!

Parnell - Known for it's variety of dining options, boutiques and galleries. Also many cool bars to check out. Non Solo Pizza is highly recommended if you're after great food, cocktails and buzzing atmosphere (for a mature crowd). Load up on fresh fruit and veg and enjoy a variety of food stalls every weekend at 545 Parnell Road is La Cigale - French Farmer's Market! There are also footpaths and bike trails that lead across the parklands of Auckland Domain.

The Viaduct - the best bars and restaurants in the city! The New Zealand Maritime Museum is here, as well as Silo Park where you can watch outdoor films for free in the evening. You can also catch ferries from here to the amazing islands in the Hauraki Gulf like Waiheke, Tiritiri Matangi, and Rangitoto, as well as go on a whale and dolphin safari.

Federal Street - next to the Sky Tower (you can't miss it!) There are a lot of really nice bars and restaurants and cafes in this street, as well as the Sky City Casino and of course the Sky Tower. Dine at the top of tower at restaurant with the best views in Auckland, and jump off the Sky Walk to get down

Aotea Square - Auckland's cultural centre. Surrounding the square you'll find the Town Hall, Aotea Centre, Event cinemas, and two theatres (The Civic and the Q). The square itself is a nice place to people watch and sip some coffee. An ice-rink is the main attraction here during winter.

Albert Park, Art Gallery and the Museum - Albert Park is a lovely place where you can chill and read, and the Auckland art gallery is next door on Wellesley Street. If you keep walking up Wellesley Street, past Auckland University, and across Grafton Road, you will eventually find Auckland Domain which is the biggest park in Auckland and has the Auckland War Memorial Museum, as well as an amazing botanical garden.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The keys are located in a lockbox located at the property. We will send you full check-in instructions on the morning of your check-in date.

Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with the ID provided for the main guest. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.

Parking: There is free carparks allocated to this property located out the front of the house.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the property but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 5x tea/coffee, 6x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Awesome stay in Mission Bay
We booked this house quickly for a family wedding nearby and loved our stay here. The house was clean, had everything we needed to cater for ourselves and was in a lovely setting, nice neighbour and close to lots of amenities - including a supermarket and eatery around the corner. Also very impressed with the managers who were really helpful after our previous booking fell through. Fabulous all round thanks.
