Bay Tree Cottage est une maison de deux chambres avec un studio indépendant supplémentaire sur le patio arrière.  Toute la propriété a été entièrement rénové de haut en bas en 2016, et est maintenant ouvert pour les clients de profiter de début en Janvier 2017.  La chambre principale a un lit Queen et un balcon privé perché sur la colline avec une vue magnifique sur les arbres et la vallée ci-dessous.  La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux.  Dans la cuisine, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris le café, le thé, le miel / sucre, huile d'olive, des épices (tracer la ligne à la crème, vous êtes sur votre propre là-bas), et tous les instruments de cuisine que vous pourriez souhaiter.




Le salon dispose d'une cheminée fonctionnant (bûches fournies), TV / câble, wifi, jeux, livres, et des vues sur les collines à travers Tomales Bay.




The Shed (le studio de l'arrière) a un lit queen, kitchenette et douche en verre salle de bains.




Sur le pont arrière est un bon barbecue Weber à gaz (hardlined à notre réservoir de propane), table de pique-nique, et beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre, exposent, courir, vous le nom.  Il y a aussi un bonus salle de jeux en plein air avec une nouvelle table de ping-pong et de la réglementation fléchette cabinet.




Nous utilisons les nettoyeurs professionnels qui utilisent des produits de nettoyage «verts».




Vous pourrez profiter des commodités de premier ordre, tels que les savons EO et linge de maison Coyuchi, ainsi que le souci du détail, les soins et l'entretien. 




Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la ville d'Inverness en 10 minutes environ, une promenade très agréable à travers le quartier.  Situé à seulement 2 minutes en voiture se trouve Chicken Ranch Beach, ainsi que la location Blue Water Kayak, le port de plaisance en bateau et restaurant.




Cette maison est dans un quartier calme et isolé, et par respect pour nos voisins, nous demandons que le bruit extérieur est réduit au minimum après l'obscurité.  Aucune des parties.  invités extérieurs sont limités à 4 sans autorisation préalable.  Si vous cherchez à avoir une fête, s'il vous plaît contactez-moi, comme je l'ai d'autres maisons qui peuvent être plus appropriés.

Charming cottage with a great view

My husband and I had come from a long distance and more than anything wanted tranquility. We were able to enjoy the views, cook good meals in the lovely kitchen and enjoy the quiet. I don't think we have ever stayed in a place that was quite so comfortable. The whole experience was like a warm hug.

This is the second time we’ve had the pleasure of staying in this lovely cottage. Everything is so clean and well maintained and there are so many appealing touches everywhere including comfy couches and chairs in the living room. The kitchen is the most well stocked I’ve experienced and we had everything we needed, including fresh coffee beans! Trying to figure out when we can go back!

Beautiful and comfortable getaway

The house was as described, completely comfortable and well appointed for our small group. Highly functional and modern kitchen, nice living room with comfortable seating, decent beds, pretty bathroom. The guest cottage was adorable and beautiful. Great outdoor spaces. Very easy communication with host. Super location close to trails. I would highly recommend this house.

Getaway in Inverness

The house is comfortable; we especially liked the detached cottage since we were grandparents with a 2-year-old. We could retreat there when tired. Kitchen was well-equipped- we even baked Xmas cookies. Views of Tomales Bay were great and, in the early a.m. we could see deer near the garage feasting on the trees and plants. A convenient location with lots of privacy.

Absolutely Perfect!

You know a place is perfect when 4 crabby old folks can’t find a single thing to complain about. This place is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed. Everything works well and is comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace and all the lovely outdoor areas. When we were there, the garden was in its glory. The restaurant advice you provided was very helpful. Not a single disappoint morsel.Really a perfect retreat.Thank you.

Beautiful & Comfortable!

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Bay Tree Cottage - it was clean and comfortable with breathtaking views! The kitchen was well stocked, the living room was perfect for playing games and the studio out back was handy for when a couple of us older ones wanted to go to bed and because of the great layout of the cottage/studio, the more youthful ones of our group were able to continue on with their fun inside and not disturb anyone! We had some ants visit us in the studio, so we made a phone call to which the response was quick and accommodating. We'd definitely stay here again!

One of the best VRBO stays

We were a party of 6 family members. We all enjoyed our stay tremendously. The property is absolutely beautiful and it is set in a gorgeous, serene, and quiet location. It is equipped as one’s home (as opposed a rental). Extremely well stocked and beautifully decorated and designed. The property is also impeccably clean which we all greatly appreciated. Having two bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom + bathroom + kitchenette in the guest house worked beautifully for us. The views of the Tomales Bay from the main deck are gorgeous particularly at sunset. The host provided amazing amount of information about the property and the surrounding area which was super helpful. We greatly appreciated everything about this property and we’d gladly stay here again. Highly recommend it.

Friendsgiving trip

We rented this home for 3 couples for a 3 night long weekend. All the information and photos are very accurate. The home is lovely and the setting is amazing! Unfortunately there was a problem with the oven but they tried their hardest to get it resolved for us. Luckily they have a quality barbecue so we just cooked everything in it or on the stovetop. The home is so comfortable which made for a very relaxing trip. Super comfortable beds and linens. Comfortable chairs in the family room were so nice in front of the fireplace. We cooked all our meals so didn’t try any local restaurants. We did stop at Lagunitas on the way over and did buy oysters from Hog Island. Both great stops. The Tomales Point Trail was amazing! Saw lots of elk, a coyote and a bobcat. The cliff views at the end are outstanding. I would highly recommend this home. It’s such a wonderful area to visit and explore and this is a great place to stay.

Great house, great location, great stay!

Very roomy, well-stocked kitchen large enough that 4 of us could dance around while preparing meals. Having the "shed" was extra cool! Unfortunately, we couldn't figure out how to use the oven, but somehow we survived. Had a wonderful time exploring Point Reyes National Seashore, Point Reyes Station. Lots of ideas for things to do in the area. A great place to spend some time enjoying this beautiful part of the country.

Wonderful and peaceful property

We had a great 5 night stay--weather was perfect, and the property was exactly what we had hoped--the house was immaculate and we had everything we needed--the kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor shower was an added bonus. We hope to return again soon!

Peaceful hide-away in the trees with a view of Tomales Bay

We enjoyed our stay at the newly refurbished house and guest house. We were very comfortable in the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. If we needed to contact the property manager while at the rental, there is a free land-line telephone; our cell phones did not work. There was a good Wi-Fi connection. No TV, but we didn't need it. (However my grandson streamed a football game onto his laptop computer using Wi-Fi.) We spent much of our days exploring the Pt. Reyes peninsula and its beaches. The grocery store in Inverness Park is nearby with a car. Point Reyes Station has a larger market about 15 minutes away. We ate at one of the local restaurants, and enjoyed the good food and casual dining. The house is delightful in its woodsy setting. Good morning sun on the back patio dining table, with a ready to use gas grill/bar-b-q. A front deck to sit relaxing or to eat on with a panoramic view of the bay waters and landscapes beyond, about 1/2 mile distant to the water. Quiet and peaceful in the forest on 3 sides and no other houses nearby. There is parking for 3 cars, we had 2. We enjoyed this retreat, it was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage and absolutely loved the area. There is so much to do and see that we all want to come back- pony trekking, hiking through the redwoods and elephant seals were among the highlights. The cottage was the perfect place to come back to and relax with the kids while taking in the amazing views. We had everything we needed and more!

Outstanding with charm comfort and great view

Our family with two kids 8 & 11 and my mother 68 stayed here in early Nov. First the view is amazing of surrounding countryside from the deck. The kitchen has high end appliances and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable with high end sheets. The whole family played table tennis on the ping pong table. The courtyard is quaint with about 20 resident hummingbirds and lots of honeybees gathering pollen in the beautifully done landscape that make a great show in the late mornings. It's amazingly quiet and dark at night. A huge plus was a strong wifi signal. Note there was no cell phone signal for Verizon, AT&T or Spring service. A few very minor issues kept this from being perfect. The drain in the bath is hard to remove/use. Ant problem in the kitchen but likely comes with being in such a beautiful area. Better lighting along the garden path to get to the doors would help on arrival after dark. We had an issue with outlets that was fixed same day so ownership/management was very responsive. We highly recommend this rental and will plan on renting again in a few years. Outstanding. Thank you The Ireland

Beautiful house, beautiful place.

We recently spent two nights in the Bay Tree Cottage and had a wonderful time. We were there with our two boys and grandparents. It was the perfect set up for our group; the in laws had the unit in the back and the boys shared a room with two single beds. The house has been beautifully remodeled and has everything one would need to cook or bake. We also very much appreciated the recommendation booklet and I didn’t need to think about what we were going to do so Much :) Will come back soon!
