This cottage is over 100 years old but don’t judge the book by its cover. Once you are inside, you’ll see a completely renovated, comfortable living space with plenty of charm and character.
You’ll have the place to yourself and everything on one level and easily accessible for moving impaired guests. You’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. A well equipped, full stocked kitchen and all linens provided.

Beautiful, quaint house with an incredibly responsive host! My wife and I needed a couple days away and this spot did not disappoint. The view is as advertised, minutes away from the beach with a tremendous view from the living room. The house is well stocked (my apologies for cleaning out most of the snack stash) with all you need. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Check in/checkout process seamless. What a glorious weekend getaway in addition, you’re literally a five minute walk from the beach, darling grocery store amazing restaurant with outdoor music and spectacular views of the ocean.

Our Host Fay answered all our questions promptly, the house was completely stocked for our stay and very comfortable. We definitely would go back, Dillon beach is perfect for a weekend getaway with our dog

This newly renovated property is well-equipped and nicely decorated for a vacation or get-away of any length of time at Dillon Beach. It is convenient to the beach with great views of the beach and ocean from the front bay windows. The owner is a good communicator and responds quickly to questions and comments.

The property was exactly as pictured. It was clean, and the host took such attention to detail (a box of Kleenex in two rooms, ample dishes, glasses and flatware, a variety of coffee makers (machine, French press, and cone!), and welcoming snacks and drinks. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.
