The stay at this house was wonderful. I was dropping my son off at UF for Summer B, and it gave us the space we needed to be organized. It was very clean, and I loved having a kitchen. I hope to stay here again when we visit for parent's weekend and games. The owner is excellent and cares a lot about this home, and the management service was easy to get in touch with. I almost hate to recommend it because I don't want it to be booked when I need it!

We stayed here for a UF gameday with a group of friends. The house was clean and setup well for entertaining. Each couple got its own bedroom, which is always nice. The walk to the stadium itself was about a mile, so not bad at all. Would look into staying here again for our next trip.

We loved everything about our stay here. Beautiful home with amazing layout and every detail taken care of. Would highly recommend staying here. We certainly will be back! We were in town for our daughter’s graduation and this was the perfect place to stay.

Great location to visit our UF student

Just a quick weekend visit with our daughter who lives near the UF campus. The house was nicely set up and comfortable for our family of 5. Communication with the host was excellent. Good central location within easy walking distance to the UF campus and quick trip to Publix and dining. House has been nicely updated and was very accommodating.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The house is just as it states in the listing. Area was quiet and convenient to anything you would need. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would definitely book again if in the area.

Lovely Home, Beautiful Neighborhood

This home was completely updated and very clean. Upon entryway, there was No lingering odors what so ever. The home was well maintained and no surprises, Yea ! I would suggest a new lockbox. Hope the owner, reads this because she was very attentive and I forgot to mention it to her. We will be visiting this home again!

Great house and location!

This was a great rental! We arrived right after Hurricane Milton came through (literally the day after…) and thankfully the house was good. The rental manager we were assigned was super communicative and responded to any and all questions we had immediately. Only thing to note is the bedrooms are NOT as big as they look on the posting (to be expected but the twin room and one of the queen rooms are TINY ) and the driveway is SUPER steep…. We had elder parents who struggled getting in and out of cars when we parked so just a note. Other than that, beautifully modern home, clean, enough space for 7 of us - 4 adults and 3 teenagers) We would stay here again!

Gainesville’s Hottest Rental Is…

Gainesville’s hottest rental is… this place! It has everything: Comfy beds! A responsive, helpful host! Coffeemate creamer in the fridge! An electric kettle! SNACKS! Shampoo and conditioner! A pair of barred owls hooting and hanging out just outside the window, three days in a row! (Not sure they can be counted on to always be around, but it sure was cool!) Beautiful mid-century furniture! PONG!! (yes… PONG!!), A screened in porch! A patio! One of the best we have stayed in, anywhere.

Nice property and neighborhood, uneven floors

The host (Del) was amazing! We had an issue with the hot water and the smoke detectors and both were fixed within hours. I would absolutely stay at another property they managed but probably not at this particular location. My mom (76) is still recovering from surgery on a broken leg and has some balance issues because of it. The floor here is not completely level (dips in places) and the tiles themselves are a bit uneven. Add in area rugs and mats that were easy to slip/trip on and about 1/2" difference in floor height between the hallway to bedroom and she had a bit of difficulty. If balance isn't an issue for you though, you probably won't notice.The neighborhood was very quiet and it was really easy to get where we needed to go. The screen room was very nice as was the outdoor space. The green space is extremely overgrown and could use a bit of attention so I would suggest sticking to the paved areas.My only other complaint would be that both back bedrooms have remotes for their ceiling fans/lights but are on the same frequency so any time one remote was used, it affected both fans/lights. Hopefully they can get that fixed because having your lights accidently turned on while you're still sleeping isn't fun lol.
