Within walking distance of campus, perfect place to stay if you have business at UF. Very clean and quiet. The place was well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Brilliant stay just outside campus

Our stay in greater Gainesville was absolutely amazing! The house is spacious, clean, and very welcoming. The location is unbeatable, walk outside and you are right next to campus!! We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and as close as you can get to campus. The host had great communication and made sure we were comfortable. The decorations really make it feel great to be a Florida Gator! Can't wait to go back.

Home away from home!

Plenty of parking and easy access to campus. Perfect place for family and friends coming in for the big game or for graduation. Housed is steeped in Florida memorabilia so this may not be suitable for curious children (or drunk adults).

Family celebration

The Gator House was perfect for four couple who were in town to celebrate a relative’s 80th birthday. The house is literally across the street from the UF campus and in walking distance to everything. It had a great vibe with plenty of room. Robert was an awesome host and ensured that all aspects of the stay were smooth and easy. I cannot imagine a better place to stay during football season!

Best Location in Gainesville

My wife and 2 kids (10 & 14) stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't have been happier. The proximity to campus and downtown are amazing. We brought our bikes and rode to almost everything we wanted to do or see. The Gator theme of the house is pretty cool too. The host is super responsive to any of your questions. I highly recommend this property if you're looking at properties to stay at in Gainesville. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect Place!

Robert's place was perfect for graduation weekend, the place is within walking distance of the stadium and O'Connell center which allowed us to beat the traffic. The place was clean and tidy and had everything we may have needed. Robert checked in on us multiple times and ensure that everything was going smoothly, which I appreciated. Plus my family LOVED everything being gator themed. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who may be considering it.

A Glorious Tribute to Gator Nation

Literally a few feet from campus, this house is a fitting tribute to Gator Nation. The house, clean, well decorated, and a fine launch pad for any visit to UF or anywhere Gainsville. With a fully equipped kitchen for prepping group meals, and comfortable for lounging before a big game day. Comfortable bedrooms support a large family or group of friends. Excellent host communication before and during our stay.

Graduation 2024

Our stay was fantastic! Your home was less than half a mile from the stadium and the O'Dome where all of the graduation celebrations took place. We were able to walk and avoid all of the crazy traffic! We loved all of the decorations and memorabilia!! We had plenty of room and were able to relax after numerous celebrations and events. Walk to stadium/campus

The location is so convenient! My husband and son stayed and were very comfortable-the house was great. During a week that was over 100 degrees for several days in a row, the owner took extra care to add an additional a/c unit plus multiple fans so it would stay cool inside!! How awesome for him to think of that! This would be a perfect house to attend games as it it so close to the UF stadium!! Thank you for everything Robert!

The standard for all VRBO's

Ideally put together home in a location so good it's hard to believe. We needed a place close to campus while our boys attended Gator baseball camp. The Greater Gator house is literally across the street from campus. Concise and helpful communication with ownership from the outset, very easy entry, spotless accommodations, seemingly brand new appliances throughout, and every convenience one could imagine, we enjoyed every moment of our stay. As a fellow VRBO owner, I can humbly attest; the complete package provided at the Greater Gator home is the standard! Hope to have the opportunity to return.
