Great Beach Location W / Huge Yard for Family Getaways

Profitez de votre escapade à Loring. Idéalement situé directement entre la première et la deuxième plage (un peu moins de 1 mile chacune bien que beaucoup moins que celle de la seconde si vous pouvez trouver le chemin secret). À seulement 5 minutes en taxi ou en voiture du centre-ville de Newport. L'emplacement calme et au bout du cul de sac vous fait vous sentir isolé, bien qu'il soit à proximité de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Promenade facile aux magasins de surf et restaurants de Middletown. Plate-forme spacieuse à deux niveaux parfaite pour les grillades et les divertissements. Grande cour arrière bien entretenue, avec coin salon et plan d'eau. Cet endroit est tout au sujet de l'espace extérieur, et vous aurez du mal à en trouver un meilleur. Les photos ne lui rendent pas justice. Planches de surf / vélo / Stand up Paddle boards disponibles sur demande.

Le système audio équipé de Sonos (à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur) garantit que votre chanson préférée sera toujours à un seul clic de votre iPhone, peu importe où vous vous trouvez sur la propriété. Deux foyers extérieurs permettent de continuer à s'amuser après le coucher du soleil (même en hiver!)

L'intérieur lumineux et spacieux a été récemment rénové et meublé, avec des photos supplémentaires disponibles sur demande. Beaucoup de lumière naturelle tout au long de la journée. Tout nouveau téléviseur HD à écran incurvé de 60 pouces et un grand canapé sectionnel avec beaucoup d'espace pour que chacun puisse s'étendre et se détendre.

Trois chambres complètes et un sous-sol fini signifient que chacun a un peu d'espace pour lui quand il en a besoin. Plus de photos disponibles sur demande mais une description des chambres est la suivante:

We had a relaxing few days over the 4th- loads of backyard space to run around and the outdoor porch addition makes the house ideal for when the weather is conducive to outdoor activities. We look forward to coming back!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and had an incredible time. The house was clean and perfectly located to everywhere we wanted to go in Newport. The 8 of us had more than enough space and the house checked all of the boxes for everything we needed. Matt was so helpful from the start of us booking, being very responsive and he provided a ton of great recommendations for us not being from the area. He went above and beyond to ensure it was a great stay for us, and we'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location. It fit our family of 6 adults perfectly. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood and has a nice spacious backyard deck. The location is a close drive to New Port, the mansions and the cliff walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

The owner Matt was super helpful and quick to respond with any questions before or after the stay! We stayed with a small bachelorette group and had a great time. Close to town but far enough to be a quiet spot to come back to. Plenty of room in the house and was very clean. Best part was speakers throughout the house and the big open deck in the backyard!

Summer Bach Trip

We had a great time staying here for a bachelorette weekend in Newport. Location was great, house has plenty of room, deck and yard are gorgeous. Matt was super responsive leading up to the trip and during our whole stay. Absolutely ask him for his list of recommendations!!

Our host Matt was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay. He was very generous with check in and check out policy which was much appreciated. The house space was GREAT for our group of 6 friends. Both the indoor and outdoor space has been beautifully updated. We had wonderful weather and thoroughly enjoyed the deck.Because we had planned several meals at the house, the only recommendation we would make would be to add to the general kitchen supplies- pot holders, sauce pans, cooking utensils, colander, etc.We would highly recommend this house. It is super comfortable and very convenient to the beaches and Newport.

Incredible Stay

Matt’s property was perfect for our group of 8! We had a lowkey bachelorette weekend & thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. Sonos was a highlight as was the deck and outside area. Very well kept and a perfect size for a large group. Matt was incredibly responsive & a great (and understanding) host, especially with dealing with our self inflicted mishaps. Would recommend to anyone & especially groups looking to easily get back and forth from downtown Newport! Staying outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown was peaceful yet the location was convenient enough that we did not feel we were too far away. 100% would stay again!

Amazing Property, Location and Host Communication

I spent a long weekend at this property to celebrate my birthday with seven of my girlfriends. The exterior of the property is very beautiful, with nicely groomed grass, two beautiful patios, an outdoor shower, and a set of outdoor furniture and table for eight. The inside is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The decor features earthy tones, making it feel clear and comfortable. The location was great – close to the cliff walk, the beach, and restaurants. The host, Matt, was very communicative, answered all of our questions, and gave us great recommendations. We are definitely coming back; we had a blast.

Great last minute available big house - perfect location

After another VRBO host cancelled a 6-bedroom house on me 3 weeks before my son's wedding (on Boat Show weekend!), I was bereft and panicked. Matt could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The Middletown location was perfect - plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood and minutes from the rehearsal dinner and church. It turned out to be very nice NOT to be in the chaos and traffic of downtown Newport. House is lovely and clean and the backyard goes forever. Thank you for all of your help, Matt.

Awesome place close to downtown Newport

Perfect place to stay with a big group! I was here with a group of 9 for a wedding so we didn't get to spend too much time on the property which was a bummer since the backyard is fantastic! Matt was so great about communicating prior to our check in. Our group was in the wedding party and Matt was able to accomodate an early check-in so we could get ready at the house prior to the rehearsal dinner. The property itself is super close to the beaches and just a short ride into downtown Newport. I'll def keep this place in mind for any future Newport trips and would recommend to any families or groups looking for a nice getaway to Newport. Thanks for having us!!

Great location, great host, but house condition disappointed.

I rented the home for 4 nights for a family reunion consisting of 4 adults and 5 kids (4 of which are teenagers), and my overall impression was disappointing. Matt our host was great and very accommodating and communicative throughout entire process, but we were dissatisfied with our overall experience because we did not enjoy the condition of the home. The photos show a very clean, updated and tastefully decorated space, however there are areas that were not. Some were dirty: carpeted indoor staircase, the outdoor furniture, garages, trash receptacle areas, wasp nest), some were broken or not working properly: (front entry step hazardously detached, broken or missing window screens, some towels/linens (ripped or bleach stained), dishwasher and dryer would not close without being propped), and due to summer high humidity and NO central air conditioning, the basement living area felt damp and had a musty, pet odor (there is a dog cage in dining room), and only 1 of our children was willing to sleep or stay in the basement and ended up crashing on the upstairs living room floor for 4 nights. Before posting this review I contacted the host with a complete list of concerns, and my in-laws shared their own experience of dissatisfaction separately. I have been using short term rentals for years, and Matt has all the qualities of an excellent of host. I believe he is eager and committed to remedy the issues above. With attention to detail, clean up and fixing these problems, I think he has the potential to make his rental a great value for your Middletown/Newport experience in the future.

Thanks for your input. I guess the only thing I can say is that some people just love to complain and go out of their way to find problems for themselves and others. I bent over backwards for you guys and even gave you a discount when you said you could only afford a certain price. I had an air conditioner installed for you before your visit even though it clearly says on the listing there is no AC (the fact that you are using this as a complaint is actually kind of funny at this point.) I went out of my way to allow you guys an early check in and you found a way to turn that into a negative as well. I’ve had hundreds of people stay here and not one has had a single negative thing to say about the house or anything in it, as can be seen from every review other than yours (including several groups who stayed here right before and right after you). I’ve learned a lot through being a VRBO host. One thing is that no matter how hard you try, there really is no pleasing some people. I’ve had great experiences with guests so far, and have found it very rewarding. I can honestly say I was so relieved when your group left my house that I didn’t have to deal with the constant rudeness and complaints anymore. It actually made me question whether or not I wanted to continue being a VRBO host at all. And to think I gave you guys such a great deal so that you could all afford the family reunion! I’m guessing, like the rest of our interaction, that was you using your years of experience as a short term renter to milk the system and take advantage of me. I wish you and your family the best and hope you have many more great visits to RI, just never again at my house... Matt

We had a blast at Matt's house in Newport. He was the most helpful host I've ever been in contact with and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The house is quaint and charming - and the outdoor deck is awesome! This house is great for families or groups of friends.

Newport stay

House exceed the listing expectations !! More beds then listed very clean, and so much to offer!! . Only down fall was the shower water pressure with 10 people it took a long time. Will definitely book again !
