APPARTEMENT CONFORTABLE AU CENTRE-VILLE DANS UNE MAISON PRIVÉE

1000 pieds carrés d'espace. Une suite parentale ensoleillée de 440 pieds carrés avec un nouveau lit king-size Casper California, un canapé sectionnel, une chaise longue et un téléviseur JVC 50p 1080p avec lecteur DVD et câble HD de base. La deuxième chambre avec porte verrouillable a des jumeaux gigognes parfaits pour une famille avec salle de bain hors de cette pièce, et 2 placards pleine taille. Salle de bain avec baignoire combinée, douche et barre d'appui. Salon et salle à manger avec vue sur la montagne, un canapé en cuir confortable, un téléviseur 32 "1080p Smart avec ROKU. La table à manger mesure 3 X 6 et possède 4 chaises. La cuisine efficace a une cuisinière à gaz avec four, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière de style Keurig, cellier et beaucoup de plats et casseroles pour rendre votre séjour complet. Il y a un petit patio pour manger en plein air et observer les oiseaux. Nous avons un abri d'auto à partager avec vous. Chauffage et climatisation séparés pour l'appartement.
Le propriétaire est sur place et peut répondre à tous vos besoins, que ce soit des instructions ou des suggestions.
Nous sommes situés au centre et à 1/2 pâté de maisons de la ligne de bus 15 de Tucson. Vous êtes à proximité de l'U of Az., De l'UMC, de la promenade de la rivière Rillito, d'excellents restaurants, de magasins et de Trader Joes.

Perfect location and a well cared for home

We came to Tucson to ride The Loop Trail and to enjoy the amenities that Tucson has to offer. The location of our Vrbo was perfect in that it was very near and centrally located for our almost daily rides on The Loop Trail and also just a short drive to the art museum and the botanical garden as well as many wonderful restaurants and amenities. We couldn't have chosen a better location to stay.

Great Accomadations

Visited Tucson for a month with family , explored the surrounding area , art museums and gem and mineral show . This place was conveniently located . The queen bed was dreamy, the shower was hot . There was a cold snap and the heater was wonderful. The hostess gracious , kind and knowledgeable about Southwest . Enjoyed it immensely

This is a very nice place to stay. It is convenient to everything you want to do. It is in a very nice old neighborhood in Tucson with a lot of charm. There are many restaurants within walking distance.

A Charming Apartment

This charming apartment is perfect for two! It's very comfortable with both indoor and outdoor seating areas, and is close to the Loop Trail for cycling and walking. The owner welcomed us warmly and was easily reached for anything we might need. We enjoyed staying here very much and hope to return.

Home away from home

Great location for many activities/dining & shopping. Great access to the Rillito River Trail. Linda was appropriately attentive, checking in to make sure we were ok and bring us breakfast muffins one morning! The apt was very cozy and Linda provided many treats upon our arrival, which was fun!

A Midtown Gem

I rented the apartment for my daughter and her family and was immediately amazed by two things: How spacious, comfortable, and clean it was, and how responsive and kind Linda was (the owner). I sincerely hope that Linda continues to offer her apartment for rent, because I'm certain we'll have need to use it. Such a gem here in midtown Tucson!

The apartment was wonderful

The apartment was wonderful - spacious, quiet, comfortable and conveniently located. Linda was kind and generous, and very accommodating. She stocked the refrigerator with some groceries so we wouldn't have to run out for them right after our evening arrival. She directed us to several local attractions and hiking areas. She even paid our admission to the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum (a must see!) because she was having heavy construction work done in her adjoining space one day during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better hostess! Thank you, Linda, for making our stay in Tucson a very enjoyable and memorable one!

Bright, roomy central-Tucson apartment was home away from home

Our family of 4 (2 parents, a 7-yr-old, and an 8-yr-old) stayed in this lovely VRBO property for a week over New Year's week. The property owner had stocked the kitchen with a remarkable variety and quantity of basic foods for our family, which was particularly appreciated due to our late arrival. The middle room's trundle beds worked great for the kids, and the master king beg was shockingly comfortable. There is a line of bird feeders outside the back portrait window, and a hummingbird feeder in the front, and we delighted in the range of birds we saw daily just from the apartment! The location was also excellent: being less than a block off North Campbell, I thought we might get traffic noise, but we didn't at all, and benefitted from the ease of being so central. The apartment's interior is just as cheerful as the pictures suggest, and we were easily able to hook our laptops into the big-screen TVs (which were fully functional too on their own) for a couple of family movie nights while there. In short, this was an superb VRBO, and also a good value - we will absolutely try to rent it again if back in Tucson!

Charming home in a fabulous location!

My son needed to recover from a surgery while still attending classes at the University of Arizona. Myself and various family members spent time with him for one month to help him recover and take him to classes. The apartment was perfect for all of our needs. It is very difficult to find a rental when you also have a dog and Morris was made to feel very welcome as well! Our hostess was extremely gracious and did not hesitate to help us with any questions that we had during our stay. I give this "comfortable midtown apartment" five stars and my highest recommendation.

We enjoyed our stay in this location. It was very comfortable and in a very convenient location

The apartment we stayed in is attached to the house where the landlord lives (they are side by side). The landlord is very accessible and helpful. She even kept our dog for a few hours one day. The apartment is comfortable with multiple rooms for watching TV and eating. The location is excellent being very close to UA, the main shopping area, and downtown. The neighborhood is a nice and safe place to walk with easy access to the walking paths along the Rillito River. The king bed was very comfortable and the furniture was adequate for our needs. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen, so we just used paper plates and plastic utensils. The apartment also does not have a washer and dryer but the landlord offered to let us use hers. We will be returning to Tucson periodically and hopefully will be able to stay at this location again.

Linda and this guest house were great; VRBO and HomeAway are terrible

Linda's an excellent host, and we enjoyed our stay here. But listen to this. While attempting to book this place, I mistakenly submitted my information to the wrong homeowner/wrong house. I discovered my error 20 minutes later and emailed both VRBO/HomeAway and the wrong homeowner (not Linda) to explain and cancel my pending request BEFORE it had been accepted. Thinking that was over, I booked Linda's place right away. Several hours later, after ignoring my messages, VRBO/HomeAway allowed the wrong homeowner to take my $805 deposit. Over the next four weeks, they refused to give it back, saying quite simply they weren't obliged to, yet they couldn't point to any language in the terms & conditions that allowed them to run a credit card without authorization. In the end, they referred me to their legal department and shut down communication. An email to their head of customer service got no response. So beware of HomeAway and VRBO---this kind of handling of people's money is known as theft and wire fraud. Obviously, I'll never use this company again.

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed here for a week and it was really delightful. Linda has thought of everything to make her guests feel comfortable. The decor is charming and the kitchen is nicely equipped. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood and is a walk or short drive to shopping, laundromat, and several restaurants. We will definitely be staying there again.

Amazing Property!

This is truly a GEM! Perfect location convenient to everything! So incredibly comfortable and clean. Linda is an amazing host and owner. The beds were comfortable, the living areas very homey, the kitchen was well equipt and the neighborhood was safe. We like that restaurants were close. Grocery stores were within walking distance for when we decided to stay in and cook. A nice patio out back for lunches- very private....So many trails within 30 min by car. You will not be sorry you stayed here!
