Dear Thomas, First you complained we didn't give you the key after you left. My other guest witnessed my husband giving you the key and made a video for me as testimony. Also you didn't leave the key to us, which can be a problem for the next guest in that room. We have to change the lock and the whole set of keys for security reasons. Second, the towels were in the closet together with a blanket. If you texted or called me, I definitely would have helped you find it. I know guests have different requirements. That's why I always prepare extra blanket for you to switch or add for your comfort. I made videos immediately in that room to prove everything you need is there in the closet and prove how big the room is. Definitely not what you said. It is not large, but very cozy with everything an economical traveller will need: twin bed from Sealy with an extra memory foam topper for extra comfort, memory foam pillow, TV, digital box etc. Third, I always ventilate after each guest leaves. No one has ever complained about any smell. I also immediately checked the room and made two videos. No one in the suite complained about any smell. Besides, you can always contact me to adjust rooms immediately. I would be happy to facilitate it. Fourth, ornaments and pictures may contain religious elements depending on interpretation. Lots of arts reflect the artists faith background. Most people only see beauty and art, not religion, like the sign "Hope" or "Blessed".
