Inside, the charm continues with a thoughtfully laid-out floor plan designed for an easy holiday. Downstairs, you'll find all four bedrooms, each offering a cozy retreat for rest and rejuvenation. The main bedroom boasts a walk-in robe and en-suite, while the remaining bedrooms share a spacious main bathroom with a shower, bath, and separate toilet. A convenient laundry adds to the practicality of your stay.

The house is on a residential street with permanent residents, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is for relaxation-style holidays; loud parties are prohibited.

HEATING/COOLING
One reverse-cycle split system in the main living area, three wall-mounted electric heaters in bedrooms 1, 2, and 4, plus a mobile heater in the downstairs living area. There is also a wood heater in the upstairs living room and three ceiling fans in bedrooms 1 and 3 and the upstairs living room.

POOL HEATING
Please note, the pool is heated only from 1 October to 30 April each year.

GUEST ACCESS
This home sleeps nine guests across six bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: 1 x King bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Tri-bunk bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single beds
Bedroom 4: 1 x Queen bed

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40 applies.

Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days. For linen or towel hires, please advise Ready Set Stay at least 48 hours in advance, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

Please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter the home directly. Unfortunately, we won't have a chance to meet, but this provides a simple, convenient way for you to enter and leave the home quickly. You can contact us via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure you enjoy your stay. Thank you.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team; we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we have reserved the right to evict guests.

Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
