We’ve been to this rental for several years and it’s a great location.On the dunes for easy beach access and great view.Kids love the house.

Great time in Bethany

Easy to the beach and town center.It was clean and decorated very nicely, not to mention the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped and the two refrigerators sure helped withour family of 13.

Great Family Vacation

Cannot beat the location - walkable to downtown and right on the beach. Our family really enjoyed our week in Bethany at this wonderful property. Very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely return!

Location cannot be beat and that is 100% what you are paying for. Right on the boardwalk and perfect for an inter-generational family vacation. Near the action but still quiet and comfortable. Accommodations were ok, but a bit worn for the price. Not well stocked and you are responsible for everything - from sheets to soap to toilet paper. We spent the last day of our vacation stressed about making sure everything was check out ready, including laundering the bath mats and sweeping the carpets, per the instructions, under threat of additional charges. Unfortunate end to an otherwise lovely week. Overall we enjoyed our stay but wish we got a bit more given the price.

Beautiful home

Overall great stay. Cleaning service wasn’t great had to have them come back. A few minor things were frustrating… back gate lock was broken got locked out a few times.

Family vacation 2025

Everything looked exactly like the pictures online. The communication with the property management team was excellent from start to finish. The house was fairly clean just a few minor things that weren’t clean but, not enough to get stressed about. All in all , we loved it and hope to be back.

This huge townhome in Bethany Beach was absolutely amazing! We had a group ranging in age from 17 to 85, and everyone was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to both the beach and town.The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the furniture was super comfortable. With 8 of us, we still had plenty of space to spread out. We especially loved the additional wet bar—it was a great touch!Waking up every morning to that view was incredible. Honestly, my only complaint is that we didn’t rent it for two weeks instead of one!

Cleaners had to come back and were frustrated that our stuff was in the way, should've cleaned it properly the first time. Door handle to the back entrance on the gate was broken got locked out several times. Bathtub in main suite couldn’t drain had to have maintenance come by. Overall the property is beautiful. Could just use better maintenance.

The location was perfect! The pictures on the website did it justice! Would love to stay again!There was some damage to subfloor, soft spots when we arrived. It got worse in the kitchen area, high traffic area, by day 4. Wilgus was notified.
