Disclosures The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. You may park one vehicle in the garage, and an additional 1 in the driveway in front of the garage. There is no street parking and the driveway is shared so please do not block the neighbors access. Wonderful place to stay with an amazing view of the mountains
We had an amazing family vacation at this villa. The view was breathtaking and the accommodations were perfect! Plenty of space for our large family. A bedroom and bathroom for everyone. All our needs and expectations were exceeded. We would rent this villa again!

Great rental - easy drive to slopes
Very nice rental - great beds, kitchen, good hangout space. Only issue would be steep drive way. We had quite a bit of snow overnight one night. I had to have a Good Samaritan pull me out with his tow rope as I was stuck. More regular snow removal would be good but I’m sure it is a challenge!
