Sea Scape is the rental company that manages this property. While the property itself was nice, our experience with the management company was disappointing.We arrived just three minutes before the 4:00 p.m. check-in time, but our door code didn’t work. When I called, I was told that the code would not activate until exactly 4:00 p.m. because we had not paid for early check-in. Even though the property was already cleaned and ready, Sea Scape wanted to charge an additional 60 per hour for early check-in. They also charge a similar hourly rate for late check-out past 10am. In my experience, many property managers are willing to accommodate an early arrival or slightly later departure when the home is available, rather than charging substantial hourly fees.I was also surprised by the pet fee. Sea Scape charges 250 plus tax per small pet, which I found to be excessive. Our dogs are well-trained, caused no damage, and did not require any additional cleaning beyond the standard turnover. A more reasonable policy would be to reduce the fee or provide a partial refund when no extra cleaning or pet-related expenses are incurred.The property itself met our expectations, but Sea Scape’s policies and fees left us feeling nickel-and-dimed throughout the experience.

This house met our expectations. It was gorgeous, modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and pet-friendly, a perfect fit for a family trip with large dog along. The furniture and beds were genuinely comfortable throughout, and the elevator was a game-changer for hauling bags and coolers up to all four floors. Beach access just across the street made each day effortless, and onsite parking was plentiful. Public parking nearby stayed light on weekdays with a slight uptick on weekends, but it never affected our stay.The one area for improvement: the kitchen. For guests planning to cook rather than eat out most nights, the dishware, glasses, and coffee cups only comfortably cover 5–6 people, and the selection of pots, pans, and cooking utensils could use an upgrade as options were limited.Minor kitchen gaps aside, this was a fantastic stay and we’d happily book again.
