Cozy Cabin avec toutes les commodités.

Une chambre avec lit queen et canapé, foyer au gaz naturel et le pont, on Loft w / queen et un canapé-lit simple et deux salle de bain complÚte domicile situé à 4 miles du centre-ville de Truckee, en Californie. Profitez de la vue sur le Mont Rose, Squaw Valley et Northstar. Skier toute la journée et revenir à la maison à une maison chaleureuse et bain à remous. Juste par la porte arriÚre est la randonnée pédestre, le vélo, le kayak en été ou ski de fond, le ski de patin, le ski alpin en hiver. Son tous les minutes. Ma maison est située dans un quartier calme dans Glenshire.

Les planchers sont en travertin belle et le bois. Tous les meubles dans chaque chambre est nouvelle. Nous gardons la propriété bien entretenu. Tout est conçu pour votre confort. Je l'ai vécu dans la région de 30 ans et je peux vous diriger vers les meilleurs établissements de restauration et des activités toute l'année. Mon nom est Joyce. Laissez-moi savoir ce que vous cherchez et je peux rapidement vous aider à prendre des dispositions pour un séjour mémorable à merveille dans cette belle région!

Cute place, quiet neighborhood

Enjoyed the stay. Our family lives nearby in this very quiet little suburb about 10 minutes from Truckee. The cabin could use some updates, but it was well maintained and clean. Love the luxury towels by the way!

Wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic time at the cabin. We appreciated that excellent communication and helpful tips before check in. The house was beautiful, cozy, clean and conveniently located. Exactly as described. The hot tub was a wonderful end to the day. Our little dogs especially enjoyed curling up next to the electric heater. It was a lovely weekend. Highly recommend!

Wonderful winter house

The view in snowy February was like a Christmas card which was such a treat from the decks and the marvelous hot tub. Spacious and comfortable inside the house, too. The host was quick to respond to questions, too.

Great Family Getaway

We stayed for 3 nights with our 1 year old and our dog. The cabin was perfect for us! It was a last minute booking on my part and I really don’t think the photos on the listing do it justice as it definitely exceeded our expectations. Thanks for having us Joyce!

A beautiful peaceful welcome.

We stayed at this lovely peaceful home for a week while hubby worked in Truckee town. It is a beautifully furnished quiet cabin in a very peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed all the nature we saw around the yard and in the back meadow. While not a true two bedroom it worked out perfect for our family. The hot tub was wonderful every evening under the stars and sprinkles one night. The only thing I would suggest is that the windows have screens. The weather so petfect we would love to have the windows open wide but the bugs were out in force. It was truly the perfect place to recharge. We hope to go back play in the snow.

Mother/Daughter weekend

This property is a well loved & cared for family home. It's in a lovely quiet neighborhood. All of the photos are very accurate. It has a large backyard that backs to open space. Great for the dog! Not fenced on all sides, but enough to feel safe for kids and dogs. I highly recommend for couples or families. I hope to visit again!

Lovely spring getaway!

We had wonderful stay at Risi cabin! As others mentioned, the pics don't do the place justice. It's a great spot for a family vacay. The kids loved the hot tub (actually, we all did), and we took some nice walks on the neighborhood trails. There is a nice trail nearby that overlooks the Truckee River. We loved the convenience of the nearby market and restaurant, too. And it was great to be able to bring our dog along! Joyce was easily available by text message, though we had no issues at all. We had a great stay and would love to come back!

Lovely place!!

This is a beautiful spot. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Check-in was a breeze (although we arrived at night so it was a bit confusing finding the door!), and Joyce was very communicative. Oh, and the hot tub was great too!

Cabin in the Meadow

The house looks way better and bigger than the pictures convey. The private hot tub has a beautiful meadow view. The master bedroom has a large deck, heated mattress cover, and a cozy fireplace. The dining room table was perfect for board games. Extra bedding, lots of towels, and all the kitchen supplies needed. We had a wonderful stay!

Great Home

This house was great, however it is NOT 2 bedrooms. There is one bedroom and an upstairs landing with no privacy. Other than that, the house was amazing. It was clean and very comfortable. Very nice furnishings and quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our time.

Felt like home

This place really felt familiar even though it was my first time staying here. Nice neighborhood which was good for dog walks. Back yard lets out to an open space that serves as a pretty good hike with the dogs away from cars. Quiet. Bed and couches were comfortable. Layout downstairs is perfect. Nice balcony off the master bedroom with great sun exposure. The general store down the street is well-stocked with good stuff. I even bought a t-shirt.

I bought my cabin in 1977 because I always wanted to live in the mountains. I came to Truckee from Fallon, Nevada where I grew up on a cattle ranch that still is family operated today. For years I taught first grade in my hometown and drove an hour and a half to Truckee to enjoy and rebuild my house to what it is today.

I now live in Kona, Hawaii and Reno, Nevada. My favorite place for eating out and hiking and skiing is Truckee.
