Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this beautifully designed vacation home offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury, featuring three spacious bedrooms plus a loft, providing ample accommodation for your entire group.

On the main level, two inviting bedrooms each feature comfortable double beds, creating restful spaces to unwind after a day of island adventures. Upstairs, you'll find a private enclosed bedroom with a king-size bed, offering a peaceful retreat, along with a loft bedroom also appointed with a luxurious king-size bed for additional comfort and flexibility.

This elevated multi-level home is accessed by stairs, enhancing its sense of privacy and connection to the surrounding tropical landscape. Thoughtfully designed throughout, each full bathroom includes a shower or shower/tub combination, combining convenience with relaxation. Tile flooring runs throughout the home, adding a clean, coastal sophistication.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals with ease, whether a quick breakfast before the beach or a relaxed dinner at home. The inviting living area offers cable television and a DVD player for entertainment, along with high-speed wireless internet to keep you connected throughout your stay.

A washer and dryer are included for added convenience, making longer stays effortless and comfortable. Step outside to the expansive screened lanai, where you can enjoy the gentle island breeze, dine outdoors, or simply relax surrounded by lush tropical foliage.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid directly to the management company.

Perfect Sanibel Stay

Signal Inn continues to be our family's perfect place to stay. We have stayed in 17 twice and this time we were in 13. We could not have asked for either to be better. Everything was exceptionally clean and everything we needed was there. The kitchen was well equipped and so were the bathrooms. Our family will continue to stay at Signal Inn each year when we come seeking quiet family time and the perfect shell each year. I would highly recommend Signal Inn. They get five stars!

Spacious, clean, and fun! This beach house is easy to find but out of the way enough to be off the beaten path. Beach access is easy and just a short walk away. Lots of beach supplies stashed in the parking area. The on-site staff is accessible and responsive. A giant wrap around screened porch makes sitting outside a pleasure. The house sleeps a ton of people but be prepared for minimal privacy in one of upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen was nice with a bar top and seating area. The dining room table was big enough for a large family. We didn’t go to it but there’s a large pool and lounge area central to all units.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Condo was large and great. Pool was perfect. Plenty of carts available to take chairs and tents to the beach. Peaceful and clean. Highly recommend.

The wrap around porch was delightful. The pool was the main entertainment for the kids. The beach was beautiful and peaceful, uncrowded, and fun for the sand. Unfortunately we hit it at a time the bugs invaded and the pool was a safe retreat for the kids!

Great place for families with kids! The shared pool is lovely and the walk to the beach is quick and easy. We especially enjoyed the wraparound lanai with a view of the pool, and the beach chairs included with the house. We really appreciated the updated interior, although there were some issues with wiring as there were several power outlets that did not work or were loose. If you are looking for a quiet/peaceful stay this would probably not be my first choice (lots of kids around being noisy and having a great time!), but it was just what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay! Thanks so much for hosting us!

We had a wonderful family stay! Loved the location that was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The host was friendly and helpful, and the facility was as described. We appreciated the beach towels for each person, and all the chairs and beach toys. The only negative were the no-see-um bugs, and the slow to no cell service and internet. We realize there are some things the host cannot control. Inspite of that we still had a great stay and would recommend Signal Inn facilities. The kids are ready to come back.

Signal Inn was a great place to stay. We had a group of 8 and had tons of room. The rooms were big the closets were huge!The beach access was fantastic. The beds amd pillows were comfy. That's important for me when booking a place.
