Our stay was great. The house is very spacious. It was a total 9 of us and we didn't feel crowded at all. The house was very clean and well maintained. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. It was really quite. It air works really well for that hot Florida weather. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Our family had a wonderful experience from the booking process all the way through our stay. The home is not only beautiful, but also exceptionally clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our 4-day visit.The kitchen was especially convenient, allowing us to cook meals without the hassle of going out or waiting in long lines. Our kids loved the home so much that they didn’t even want to leave when we had scheduled outings!Having three bathrooms was a huge plus—no waiting or inconvenience at all. We didn’t encounter any major issues, and any minor concerns we had were addressed quickly with prompt responses.We would absolutely book this home again if it’s available for our next trip. Highly recommend!

The house had plenty of space and well laid out. There was not as much parking as described. We had to park one of the cars in the grass since only 1 fit in the garage and there was no street parking.

The home was sufficient for what we needed. It's very roomy and comfortable. The owner's representative was very very kind and helpful. The back yard is nice and private. The neighborhood is really nice and safe. All the neighbors that we came in contact with were nice. All the amenities were good; the kitchen was large and nice with a large refrigerator freezer. The overall interior cleanliness was good. The exterior was clean and nice also. The garage needed to be cleaned out and organized. The washing machine and dryer in the garage was very large and nice. It was really nice to have 3 bathrooms. Great location. I would rate this stay as good.

Nice house but need maintenance

I liked that this house was big with 3 bsthroom. But there were several items that need to be addressed. The garage is half full of debris and broken furniture, so you could only get one car in. Window shade in master bedroom is missing parts so privacy is compromisedBig mirror in in living room is not secured and just leaning against the wallThere’s an open electrical receptical in dinning roomThe door to the garage is hard to open and close. And door handle is looseThere are many other small cosmetic items that I won’t list.

Nice house but needs maintenance

We liked how big it was and three bathrooms was great. The house was clean, inside and out. The Air conditioning worked great! The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was clean and we felt safe. But I was not happy with the several items. 1) The garage is half full of debris and broken furniture. Only room for one car. 2) Window shade in master bedroom is missing parts so there isn’t privacy from the back yard. 3) Big mirror in in living room is not secured and just leaning against the wall. We were afraid someone might bump it and it would fall. 4)There’s an open electrical receptical in dinning room. Needs a cover. 5) The door to the garage is hard to open and close. And door handle is loose6) the ice maker did not work7) the glass sliding door to the back yard was extremely hard to openThere were many other small cosmetic items that I won’t list. This could easily be a five star with a little maintenance.

Muito abaixo do esperado. Casa suja, garagem imunda sem espaço para os 2 carros pois está cheia de tralhas, cortinas dos quartos que não fecham, ar condicionado que não esfria nos quartos, banheiros imundos ainda com cabelos dos hóspedes anteriores. Cama com traça e o proprietário não respondeu aaa minhas mensagens
