Spectacular stay

Everything was clean and very nice. Only “issue” is that there’s only one bathroom, and you have to go through a bedroom to get to it, but since it was just my wife and I staying, it wasn’t a problem. Just note that if you’re thinking of booking for more than two people. Overall, excellent place!

Excellent

This is a cute little bungalow style home. It served as well. It had everything included. We needed perfect Location five minute drive to everything. Conveniently located near the beach.

The only error was it was misleading because access to washer was only available through back yard fence gate with no direct access door from inside to the back. Also, the backyard needed some significant landscaping.

From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback. We try to make the directions clear in the guest book, but I will take a look at those again to better explain to guests how to get into the laundry room. It is unfortunate that the landscaper had an accident and severely injured himself before he could get out to the property to better prepare it for your stay. We are back on track now."

Nice, clean, pet friendly. The one negative, 3 window AC units cannot keep up with July/August heat. AC was not on upon arrival, temp inside was 92. Took full 24 hrs for temp to cool, however by 2-3 pm every day, temp increased to 82-83, and didn't cool down again until after 9pm despite AC setting @ 70 degrees. (Tried lower setting, nothing changed, temp went up to low 80's every day, very uncomfortable).
