Loved our stay here. Condo was clean and decorated really cute. Perfect size for a family of 6. Great views and a close walk to the beach. Kids had fun at the pool and playing pickleball.

Perfect Location

This property was in a perfect location for a family vacation. The view was amazing, and the place was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it.

This is a beautiful condo with plenty of room for our family of six. The location is perfect. Not in the super busy part of town so it was quiet, but close enough to town to get there easily for restaurants and live music. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Cozy condo

Condo was very clean and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony! Tristan Towers has an amazing pool and we have stayed in this complex many times. Being located on the 2nd floor was very convenient. Would definitely rent this condo again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sunset Factory. We hope to return in the future. The condo is bright with spacious views of Pensacola Bay. We even saw dolphin a couple of times from the deck. Hosts quickly answered any questions we had. Thanks for a great time.

Place was nice and secure only complaint we have is the last day we stayed they were doing plumbing above us and were making a ton of noise with no notice

We are so sorry for the noise that you suffered through on your last day here. Each unit within the building is privately owned, and unfortunately we are not always notified of work being done in other units. Had we been made aware would certainly would have let you know if advance that it would be happening.

Amazing stay with an excellent view.

This was a great place for our long weekend visit. Ideal beach location with convenient beach access. Condo balcony included tall Adirondack type chairs that were perfect for the amazing sunset view over the SR sound. Clean family friendly site. Our unit had a well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating. We had one maintenance issue while there and staff not only handled the issue quickly but went above and beyond.

Excellent short trip

I rented two units in this building. This unit was far nicer than the one I rented off another site This was perfect for our trip. Would have loved to have shades in the master bedroom, but with young kids, we were up early anyways

Spring Break Vacation

Our stay with The Sunset Factory was fantastic. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, comfortable and in great proximity to the gulf beachs. Check in was easy and the check-in staff were wonderful. They responded to questions almost immediately. We used the free (with tips) gulf cat service to move our group of 6 back and forth to the main attractions, which was very convenient, especially during high traffic times. We will definitely be back.

No personal greeting to go over things

Didn't like not ever see anyone like it said couldn't get TV to work in first bedroom so I slept on couch I'm old and sleep with TV on
