Can’t beat being beach front and hit the sand in 30 seconds. The unit inside was OK, not great. What you get it as close to minimal as you can get. Coffee filters, and hand soap only in the bathroom. That’s it, not even a grain of salt. For that reason we probably would not book again. With that being said, don’t get me wrong, the place is comfortable. Has some upgrades inside, new bathroom. 90% of people would enjoy staying here.

Million dollar View! Watched dolphins from the living room standing up. Room was nice, Pier was just a little walk away. Host had everything ready for us, easy check in & check out. If you want the beach and view, this is your spot. Thanks Dave!! Will be back

This place was beautiful. The owner is especially nice. Right on the beach with picnic tables and grill. So easy for people who can’t or just don’t want to walk far. I give it an A.

We really enjoyed our first visit to this property ( we will be return visitors). This fully stocked, step right out to the beach property is excellently maintained. We truly appreciate David Kottman working with us to reschedule when our dog was injured, which was above and beyond what he had to do!!

The view and location were excellent but the unit was a little run down for us. It wasn’t filthy just wasn’t as clean as we prefer.

This place was amazing and clean and so close to the beach. I would definitely stay again! First time at Panama beach and its absolutely wonderful. Kitchen was stocked, people and neighbors were fun!.

Love the view

Great property. Short on towels did not like or because we called asking for more. Washing and drying cost $5 already had washed once. Had 4 towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 wash cloths. For 3 people and 4 nights.

Relaxing

The property was very convenient, for those not interested in waiting in lines for elevators this is the place. I loved walking out the back door to the beach!

Little slice of Paradise!

This was our second time staying here. We love everything about it! The location, how clean and inviting it is, and communicating with the owner is a breeze. 10/10 would recommend! We will stay here every year we come to PCB!♄

We live in St Louis, my wife Carol and I, we wanted an place on the beach that was a true walk out to the Gulf/Beach, without evelvators/parking grages etc
Plus, we wanted to walk to Pier Park. Well, this was it, It has both !!!

Don't want to walk? Trolleys run every 20 min.
No elevators
No parking Garges
No steps
NICE!!!
