Really beautiful location and close to grocery and other shopping in Kingsland. We spent Easter weekend here with 4 adults and 2 children, and enjoyed fishing and relaxing.

We get together with my extended family each Memorial Day weekend and this house was the perfect place to kick back and relax. Lovely home, great layout, very clean, and close to town too! We’ll definitely be coming back here again soon

Wonderful Lake House

Excellent location. Easy access to the water and boat dock, ample space for everyone to spread out both inside and outside. Was perfect for a short family vacation.

Very nice place to stay! Clean, great location and a lot of fun activities in the home to enjoy. The back porch projector was a nice surprise and the kayaks are great for a morning paddle.

The house was spacious, plenty of room for entertaining. The screen-in porch with projection was great to hang out, eat, play cards, and watch sports. The water front was easy access to the main body of water. Rooms were comfortable. Great place for a family weekend.

It was a wonderful stay. We had a few maintenance issues but they were resolved quickly. The patio space is very inviting. We look forward to returning.

Cool place, lots of room. Deck outside is nice, and the screened-in porch with the projector is awesome. Communication with host was great from booking to check-out. Close to grocery store and a couple of nice golf courses. We had eight adults for three nights and had plenty of space to sleep and chill.

We stayed at The Treetops for our family reunion and had the best time! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. The location right on Lake LBJ couldn’t have been more perfect.We didn’t just sit around—we were swimming, grilling, playing games, and spending quality time on the deck with beautiful waterfront views. It was the perfect spot for making memories, and we’re already talking about coming back next year!

Great Holiday Stay

This year our family booked Treetops for a holiday stay in lieu of buying gifts and we loved the space.We kayaked, fished, watched football on the screened in porch, played board games, and just relaxed. Accommodations were great in our case, including 3 kids under 3 years old and a golden retriever. They were very responsive when it came to scheduling issues when a family emergency arose. Grateful for the shared space!

Instructions were excellent and clear, check in and out was super easy and they even accommodated our last minute pet request with grace. We LOVED the house. It felt like a real family Lake house, a little quirky which is just our style. The neighbor across the water had a crew doing construction past 11pm with saws, hammers and very loud music and children which didn't make for very relaxing time outdoors but that's nobodies fault but the neighbor's. We will definitely being coming back to stay!
