Step into your own peaceful pocket of paradise. This airy, upper-level apartment is the ideal retreat for couples or solo adventurers. Inside, you'll find a king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep, a compact yet functional kitchen with a cooktop, rice cooker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave and full-sized fridge – perfect for preparing light meals between pool dips or day trips.

The living area includes a leather lounge and flat-screen TV, with air conditioning to keep things cool. Slide open the glass doors to your private, shaded balcony – a lovely spot for morning coffee or evening drinks while soaking up the tropical breeze.

The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet, and shared laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are conveniently located just nearby.

Best of all, you’ll have access to five stunning pools (including a heated one), a well-equipped gym, sauna, and a spacious BBQ pavilion – all surrounded by lush, resort-style gardens. Parking is available on a first-come basis (typically, there is sufficient parking on site).
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves and access to the shared facilities, including a pool and gym. The laundry area is shared between this apartment and the adjacent unit. Please make yourselves at home.

Situated adjacent to Cairns Central Shopping Centre and just a 15-minute walk from the vibrant city centre, you’ll have easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Organise a trip to explore the Great Barrier Reef or hop in the car to pay the countless National Parks and walking trails a visit.

Any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction. We have a strict no party policy. Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home, or neighbours.
Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.

Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.

Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
No pets and no smoking permitted. If smoking occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorised.

Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests.
