Welcome to our beautiful 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a private pool.
This spacious and well-equipped vacation rental is perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy the Florida lifestyle.

As you step inside, you will immediately feel at home. The open floor plan allows for plenty of space to relax and unwind. The living area is tastefully decorated and features comfortable seating where you can gather together and watch TV after a long day of exploring.
The highlight of this home is undoubtedly the private pool. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or relax in the warm Florida sunshine. The partially covered deck provides shade for those who prefer to relax in the cool breeze.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and has all the basica you need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you decide to whip up a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or cook a feast for the whole family, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips.

There are four bedrooms in this home, ensuring everyone has their own private space. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with comfortable king beds and private bathrooms. The remaining two bedrooms feature twin beds and share a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs so you can catch up on your favorite shows before drifting off to sleep.

Our vacation rental is conveniently located just a short drive from all the attractions Orlando has to offer. Explore the magical world of Disney, indulge in some retail therapy at the nearby shopping centers, or sample the delicious cuisine at the local restaurants.

Needs some maintenance

The property was nice and as described, just dated and worn. There were several small noticeable projects that require attention. Some maintenance and updating would make this property one that we’d come back to.

Much better than staying in a hotel

The house was conveniently located to all of the Orlando attractions. The only issue we had was with the AC unit not being able to cool the house to 74 degrees in the afternoons, the system stuggled to keep the house below 78 degrees in the afternoon heat. In addition to the main unit not cooling the house effectively, we couldn’t get the mini split system in the game room/garage to work either. Other than these two issues, we enjoyed the property and would consider renting it again.

It was the hottest Week of the Year so far with temperatures in the 90s - AC's can only cool down the house to a certain degree, especially during the afternoon Peak Temperatures. We would have been happy to stop by to make sure the AC Thermostat Settings were all optimized to make sure you have the most comfortable stay possible. Fabulous welcoming holiday home.

A beautiful homely property with a fabulous south facing pool in a prime location. Great access to restaurants, supermarkets and my favourite Publix. This spacious home provided everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxed stay. This was our thirteenth visit to the sunshine state and we were blessed with luck…lovely villa, perfect location, fabulous pool and fantastic weather. The welcome touches, simple but significant… laundry and dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll and a good array of kitchen and bathroom items. Hairdryer and ironing facilities. Fab games room and a lovely hot tub to relax after much walking in Universal and Disney parks. Not a criticism but oven gloves and tea towels would be great, as weather may keep you at base camp occasionally and you might want a proper meal once or twice. As a family, definitely all rate this home highly based on facilities, location, communication and price. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
