We had a wonderful stay with our family. The home had everything we needed and a great view of the lake. The pool was lots of fun for the kids. Fintry provincial park is also just down the road.

Summer escape

Great place to disappear with my family. A soft comfortable landing spot to soak up the amazing scenery and fun the resort and area have to offer. As soon as we left we talked about the next time we’d like to come back.

Beautiful place, close to the pool and to the marina. Amazing view. Code for gate was an issue, but locals would come and open it up with a fob.

This place is amazing! We booked it just wanting a pool for our kids to play in and had no idea how amazing all the amenities are at this resort. The cabin itself was great! The owner was very quick to get back to us. Very clean and spacious for a family of 5. We will be coming back here for at least 1 week every summer! Love this place and resort so much!

Summer break!

Our family of four (two teenagers) stayed in mid-July. The property was equipped with everything we needed, it was clean and the deck and view were exceptional. La Casa has many amenities but walking to the beach can be challenging with your beach stuff! It’s a great property to get away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the attractions in Kelowna and Vernon. The property owner (Darren) was responsive and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay again..

From the moment we booked, the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The cottage itself was clean, well-maintained, and very functional — it had everything we needed and more.One of the highlights for us was the air conditioning in the bedrooms — an absolute blessing during the hot summer days. It made sleeping at night so comfortable. We also really enjoyed the resort amenities available to us, which added an extra layer of relaxation and fun to our stay.The gas barbecue on the patio deck was a huge plus — we ended up grilling most evenings and enjoying meals outside in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, this cottage was the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat!

The house was a lovely space. Great for a family of five. The layout was wonderful and the space generally clean. We were a bit surprised by the pet hair on some of the bedding but I suppose we should have expected it given pets are allowed at this site. The other consideration for anyone staying here is that morning birds should take the loft room. The big windows aren’t fully covered and there are no blackout shades which means beautiful sunrises with the east facing view out over the lake, however, you are up at the break of dawn. The host was great about checking in with us as we found the front door lock a touch finicky (us problem for sure). The site was lovely. The market, pool (one was closed and we were not aware), lake WIBIT, and general area were well maintained. The kids loved the chipmunks, deer, and other wildlife and enjoyed exploring. The general feel of the community was calm and vacation-y. Definitely a place for relaxing.
