Everything was great! Beautiful place, close to town, very convenient. Pool and Hot tub very enjoyable. Didn’t try sauna, but looked great. We would definitely get again. It was 14 of us..

The house was very clean with easy accessibility to Fredericksburg and surrounding areas. We really enjoyed to outside space including the patio, pool, and spa. The nest was perfect for my parents and my sister and I stayed in the main house with our families including our young adult children. I would highly recommended this house!!

Several Texas family members gathered for the first time. This home and the outdoor areas were great for the kids to become fast friends. The adults all enjoyed the space and the multiple places to gather inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked for making large family meals.The only complaint I heard was that the mattresses are worn out. I agree. All of the downstairs bedroom mattresses need to be replaced. We have already booked for the same time next year. I'll be following up on the status of new mattresses. :)

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic vacation rental, it was a relaxing experience.First, the cleanliness of the property was impressive. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool. It was absolutely awesome to have a pool with an actual deep end! This feature made our swimming experience so much more enjoyable, allowing for fun dives and splashes. The surrounding area was well-maintained, providing a perfect spot for lounging and soaking up the sun. The location of the rental was another major plus. It was conveniently situated near local attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area. We loved being able to enjoy both the quietness of the rental and the excitement of nearby activities. The spaciousness of the house was a significant advantage. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The layout was perfect for both socializing and finding a quiet moment when needed.However, I do want to mention a couple of drawbacks we encountered. The check-in time was set for 4 PM, but unfortunately, the house wasn’t ready for us until an hour later. This delay was a bit frustrating, especially after waiting all day to get in. The guest house wasn’t ready for another two hours after check-in, which was disappointing. It would have been great to have everything prepared on time, as it would have made our arrival even smoother.

What a lovely home and location for Fredericksburg. We would happily return. Beds were the most comfortable in a VRBO I’ve ever slept in. The AC worked wonderfully. Water pressure was a little down at time but we figured the house might be on well and my family were trying to shower after a swim in the GLORIOUS pool. We staggered and had no problems after! Country life! Thank you again- I would certainly come back if you’ll have us. What a good place for family fun.
