Amazing stay in prime locstion

Amazing property. Felt like home. Good host. Prime location - walkable to sprouts and target, short driving to many other places. Highly recommend.

Everything met expectations

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was just as expected. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms helped accommodated our large group comfortably. The open family / dining / kitchen provided plenty of gathering space for us to spend time together during the holidays. Thank you!

Host was great and communicated very well. Had a little mixup with check in but host notified before hand and it wasn’t really an issue. Only problem our family had with the property was the smell inside the house. Kind of smelled like old dog urine or something like that. It was a very strong smell when entering the house and you could smell it in almost all of the rooms. The house seemed cleaned very well and was very comfortable for my family of 5.

We’d like to clarify that there are currently nearby road construction activities in the area, and at times odors from tar and construction materials can carry through the neighborhood. The home itself is professionally cleaned and maintained, and no pets or dogs have been kept at the property since we purchased it. We remain committed to offering all our guests great stays.

Grandma and Grandma visit SLC

Spent two weeks at this property in SLC. Great family time. Host was super responsive to any issue. Best VRBO experience we have ever had. Would recommend this property to anyone, especially families visiting SLC.The property is near grocery stores, Costco, great restaurants, kids activities like Ninja kidz indoor action park. Short distance to Downtown SLC and Thanksgiving Point.We will return to this 4 bed, 3 bath property. Oh! There is another rental in the walkout basement.

Didn’t realize there would be other renters below us. Going back and looked it did say but wasn’t a big deal where we didn’t even notice it. That was on us. Never got info about the code upon checking in. Not too safe to have the code as the address. It was 98 degrees upstairs and 88 on the main level. Got a hold of the host and he said the cleaners forgot to turn it on. We were suppose to be in at 4. They turned it on remote around 6:30. One couple didn’t stay there (yuk gad to find them another place for that night). We were able to handle it around 9:30-10. Also didn’t receive I go about what needed to be done when we left. Hopefully we did enough. Did the stuff I would do in other rentals.
