This home contains 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 3 bathrooms , a private office / workspace all on the main floor. Basement has a gym, 3 bedrooms, full bathroom, living room and kitchen. This home is 8 min from I-15 freeway, 20 min from SLC international airport, 2 min from movie theaters, restaurants, and great shopping. This home is secured by three exterior cameras. One on the front porch, one on the North side of the property above the garage, and one on the north side of the backyard above the staircase.

We used the property as a base to ski the Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon ski resorts and it worked out very well for us. The house was very comfortable and more than spacious enough for 5 adults each with our own rooms. Definitely recommend!

We loved the home and the neighborhood, the outdoor seating wasn't comfortable and the grill needs updating.we didn't use the hot tub, the weather was unseasonably warm.

Wonderful time

Check in was great! The battery on the front door keypad died on our second day and was replaced very quickly. The pool was a HUGE hit with grands. We had a wonderful, wonderful time.

Wonderful house in a great neighborhood! The pool and hot tub mean everyone will be happy! The host was very responsive. There were a few maintenance issues that I notified the host about and they seem on top of fixing them. We had a great weekend!

Fantastic stay

This home is absolutely beautiful and the backyard with the pool is pure perfection. The location was ideal, so many amenities in the area and the mountains were like 20 min away. Can’t wait to come back.

Great for Long-Term Business Stay

3 of my co-workers stayed for several months while working on a project in the area and they loved their stay! The amenities were amazing and they had plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable to make their stay feel a little more like home while away from home. The hosts were great to work with, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions that came up during the stay. Would highly recommend!
