Welcome to Sweet's Retreat - 53 Ridgeline- 5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath, sleeps 14

An inviting front porch with a porch swing welcomes guests to Sweet's Retreat. Stepping inside the home, guests will find a coastal chic open living, dining, and kitchen area decorated in pale shades of cream, gray, and driftwood. Guests can curl up on the sofa and enjoy the 65” Smart TV or unwind on cozy armchairs and share stories of the day. An oval dining table seats 8 and is a perfect place to gather as a family. The kitchen leads to an extra sitting area with four swivel chairs and around the corner you will find the screened in porch with a TV, another great spot to hangout!

**Big Highlight for Sweet's Retreat- The first floor offers a Mother In Law suite with a private kitchen, living area, attached bathroom with shower/tub combo plus washer and dryer.**

On the second floor, guests will find a bunk room with a 10 beds! that shares a bathroom with two guest bedrooms with queen beds. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a spacious sitting area with a comfy chairs that opens to a large balcony. The bedroom’s private bathroom has a large shower, two sinks and great large closet.

Sweet's Retreat has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. The house is beautiful and spacious. It comfortably fit our party of 14. The house was recently painted, so I was looking for a green house that is now blue. The inside was recently painted as well, which caused a hiccup with the Smart TVs. I contacted the rental company and within minutes someone was there to help me get them all plugged in and connected back to the internet. This is our 4th year doingbthis family trip and we only stay in rentals by Lake Stay. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. We have never had anything other than great experiences. We rented a boat through Nine Marina at the suggestion of the rental company and it was excellent as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is wonderful! We found the house to be clean, comfortable, beautiful, and well-maintained. When we arrived the wifi wasn't working but the LakeStay staff responded very quickly and had it fixed ASAP! The location was perfect for our group, close to The Meeting House coffee shop and the playground/nature trails which was great for all the kids in the group. Checking in/out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to visit Carlton Landing!

Stylish Cottage with Unique MIL Plan

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this for a girls weekend for Chicks in Charge and we loved the location and the style of this cabin. Nice art, decor and kitchen amenities. Mud room was great for us to store our stuff, too. The bunk room is a LOT skinnier than it looks in photos so no room to put your things, but the women said the beds were comfortable so that was good. Listing should mention that you walk through one of the queen rooms for the bunk room. I don't recall that being in the listing, but good to know for future renters as that affects privacy a bit. BUT we loved how close it was to the activities and that we faced greenery on the front porch instead of another house so it was nice being on the perimeter. The mother in law plan was a big bonus because we had an extra fridge we could use that way and the extra living room was nice for quiet time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home.
