Paradise Views: Oceanfront/Boating
Enjoy one of Florida's most tranquil oceanfront settings. A romantic interlude and tropical adventure where absolutely everything is magnificent. The newly remodeled floor plan is enhanced by a third floor master suite with open water deck. On the main level there is a large tiled porch overlooking the endless horizon. Watch the water birds play as the sun gently sets in the west. The pool area also overlooks the open water and sunset. You may wish to nap or read in the shade of one of the two new thatched Tiki huts also overlooking the water and offshore islands. The home has just been redecorated with new Tommy Bahama, Lexington and Hemingway Collection furnishings. Sleeping arrangements include one king, one queen and two twins. You will find the second and third bedrooms on the second level. This fully-equipped three bedroom, three bath home offers New Big Screen cable TV, VCR, central air and heat, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer and a grill. Located on a corner canal and open water on the southernmost point of Summerland Key. Enjoy great boating, diving at Looe Key Marine Sanctuary or the quiet solitude at the pool by the ocean. Just 25 miles to Key West nightlife, dining and attractions, this is truly a Paradise created just for you. This is a non smoking home. Dogs absolutely not allowed. Tenant required to sign a rental agreement with Florida Keys Realty. This home is a 28 day minimum rental per Monroe County Code.
